My family and I stayed here for my daughter birthday and we absolutely loved it. The kids loved the fact that the horses are next to the house. Very clean and maintenance responded quickly for my concerns.
Our group of 4 couples have been hiking together for 24 years and we wanted a serene place to get together and relax as we retreated from this COVID-19 craziness. We laughed, ate, and enjoyed our time together immensely. Perfect place for us!!!
The lodge was perfect for our family get together. Our hosts were most accommodating & provided lots of extras to make our weekend stay so enjoyable. The children loved the farm experience & are eager to come back!
Anna and her family are warm and refreshing! Their hospitality is second to none and true definition of southern. Their “middle of nowhere” property was perfect for our group of 20. With 8 adults and 12 children there was no shortage of space or relaxation. The kids were able to run, play and just be kids! From the horses to the dogs, all the animals were lovely. Granddaddy and Anna took us on a beautiful tour of their property and gave us a lot of history and details about their crops and family. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!
The house was great- clean, kitchen stocked well with necessities for cooking, the property is gorgeous and the family who rents the house are very welcoming. There are horses on the property our youth really enjoyed feeding and petting them. Beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy the view. Great place to stay for a quiet getaway.

You need to stay here!!
Beautiful place with so much room!! They even made us homemade cinnamon rolls that were so good we devoured them the first night. It’s was so nice to have everyone in their own room with their own bathroom! We were able to fish, relax on the front or back porch or just sit on the great big living room and visit with each other. It felt like home. Thank you for sharing it with us!!
