Wish they allowed earlier checkin like other units you book directly did. We were the only ones in our party of 20 who had to wait till 4pm to check in.

Very dirty when we arrived. We cleaned room ourselves when arriving. Layout of room is odd and water pressure was very low.

The facility was adequate for what we needed; location, facility amenities and room size. The only deficiency we encountered was the lack of help available during our stay. The facility was understaffed in the cleaning, reception and restaurant areas. Wait times were incredibly painful for food. Thought there would be an increase in staffing when the facility was booked solid.
