As of March 2019, our guests will enjoy brand new furniture, new tile flooring, new fridge, fresh paint, and new beachy decor. This oceanfront rental is ideal for 2 guests. Other features include a private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, complimentary resort wifi, and fresh towels and linens for each guest.

While this condo does not offer a full kitchen, guests will have access to a microwave and full size fridge! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

This rental does not have a balcony, but our guests love the breathtaking view from the glass windows.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. The Sun N Sand also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor bar, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

There is a small knob on the side of the bed frame that controls the lights underneath the bed. In addition, keeping the curtains closed will help regulate comfortable room temperatures. The glass windows can allow an excessive amount of heat inside the room, especially during the summer.
