Located in Audresselles, in the heart of the pas de calais in the land of flobarts and the beautiful beach of the Opale coast, near:

A GREAT HOLIDAY - IN A GREAT AREA

We had a great time in Audresselles. The apartment is really beautiful and we felt totally comfortable from the beginning. Everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. The small town Audresselles is very attractive - on the beach we liked it very much. We hiked a lot and made trips to the surrounding area. Audresselles is a good base for this. It is not far to the two known caps (Cap Griz Nez = 7 km / Cap Blanc Nez = 16 km). From both caps you can see the British cliff on a clear day - through the binoculars you could even make out Dover Castle. Also Boulogne-sur-Mer is a fascinating destination - with a beautiful old town, an impressive cathedral and a walkable city wall. A special highlight is the neighboring Ambleteuse, which can be reached from Audresselles on foot in about half an hour. The attraction of this place is the Fort d'Ambleteuse (also called Fort Mahon), which was built by Vauban in the time of king Louis XIV. If you are interested in the history of World War II, you will like it here. Numerous museums and remnants of the German occupation (including numerous bunkers (the battery "Todt")) can be seen. Zeer schoon netjes alleen begreep niet de nacalculatie van water en elektra en gas normaal hebben we dat allin.Was allemaal prettig verlopen . Missen wat hangers in keuken voor je doeken en in badkamer om je handdoeken op te hangen. Verder super gehad. Alleen blijkt achteraf dat de deur iets met slot was en gaven dat door alleen wij weten hier niks van ze had gevraagd alles oke en alles was oke. Dat vind ik jammer voor ze want wij weten hierniks van. Verder hadden wij oortjes ipodslaten liggen zouden ze nog op sturen alleen nog niks ontvangen. We wachten af.verder een dikke 10 wat betreft het huis en de mooie omgeving.

Prima uitvalsbasis

Uitstekend uitgerust huisje met prettige tuin, prima geschikt voor zes volwassenen. In rustige straat cq buurtje op paar minuten van het brooddepot en de zee. Audresselles is een klein maar heel mooi dorpje.

Entsprach nicht alles der Beschreibung

Leider hatten wir einen sehr schlechten Start. Auf der Fahrt nach Frankreich, bekamen wir die Nachricht, dass das Haus unter Wasser steht und wir nicht kommen können, also sind wir wieder nach Hause.2Std später konnten wir erneut fahren.Begrüßt wurden wir von einer sehr unfreundl.Angestellten.Das Haus/Garten entsprach nicht 1zu1 den Bildern.Vor der Tür eine Schule(nicht in der Beschreibung).Nachbar hatte 3 Abende Party nebenan(war sehr laut).Mussten noch NK nachzahlen(knapp 34), die man hätte aus Kulanz wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten erstatten können.Umgebung sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Perfekt zum Entspannen und einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auch unser kleiner Hund war willkommen und konnte im umzäunten Garten frei herumlaufen. Strand, Lokale und eine kleine Épicerie sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Charmante maison de village cosy, très bien équipée et dans un quartier au calme, pas loin de la plage. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Très bien située pour visiter la région des 2 Caps. Endroit idéal pour passer de belles vacances. Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles .

Confort, mais des problèmes de communication

La maison à Audresselles était très propre, confortable et le jardin très pratique. Patrick et Florence se sont montrés finalement flexibles sur la taille de mon chien, et au prix d'un appel téléphonique, à privilégier., puisque l'info sur la taille du chien n'était pas indiquée clairement Mais une combinaison de facteurs ont rendu le séjour un peu décevant: - des réponses de l'hôte tardives et menant à devoir reproduire des démarches plusieurs fois, sur le site pas très bien fait d'Abritel -il y a une taxe chien que je ne comprends.pas. -le prix du forfait ménage est trop élevé - le wifi est payant - le chauffage est à ajouter au prix de la résa. Le jour J, difficile de vérifier le calcul. - Les hôtes nous ont informées de l'heure max à laquelle arriver alors que nous étions deja en route , provoquant du stress au volant. - j'avais annoncé l'heure du check out dans un email mais j'ai appris sur place que ce n'était pas le bon.

250 m vom Strand stimmt nicht, ist aber nicht so entscheidend. Schwierig war, dassmeine Fewo Apo 2 Wochen ausgefallen war und dies die Komminikation mitder Gastgeberin völlig erschwerte. Ich konntederen mails nicht auf der App lesen,die Website war für mein SamsungGerät nicht erreichbar wegen zu oft Verbindung zur Website verlinkt. ????????

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem bestens ausgestatteten und sauberen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr frendlich und unkompliziert, wobei wir nur bei Ankunft und Abreise zusammen kamen, weil sonst alles absolut zufriedenstellend war. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Florence et Patrick, les propriétaires, nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse. La maison était très propre. Les lits faits comme nous l'avions souhaité nous ont permis de passer des nuits calmes dans ce quartier paisible. Proche du bourg, on y accède en quelques enjambées où plusieurs restaurants dont Chez Mimi et Le loup de Mer sont bons et très sollicités. Le village s'étale le long d'une belle côte d'opale. Nous recommandons cette location Gilles et Brigitte

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Tolles Haus - sehr sauber, gute Aufteilung, WC und Bad getrennt, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche, kleiner Garten. 250 m bis zum Meer sowie zu den Restaurants. Tolle Gastgeber, die bei der Übergabe sehr hilfreich, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich waren und alles trotz unserer wenig vorhandender Französich-Kenntnisse erklärt haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft sowie die tollen Tage in der Umgebung - gerne wieder.

A Very Special Holiday

This was a special holiday for us as a family and we were not disappointed on any level. We had excellent communication with Patrick, helpful and friendly, in advance. We absolutely loved the house - incredibly clean and tidy, stylish decor with an excellent layout and everything you could need. It's very close to stunning beaches and the little town of Audresselles has a great market each week. The house is conveniently located near other lovely towns and beautiful countryside. My husband loved all the seafood options in local restaurants and we also had the convenience of cooking at the house. The weather was beautiful so we could enjoy the private garden with its wonderful willow tree. We highly recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you for having us stay.
