The apartment is part of the 6 Punta de Mita Apartment building with its own private secured parking . This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy watching the flat screen TV from the kitchen as well as from the living room.

The place was conveniently located and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus! The roof deck has an amazing view and there are plenty of places to eat and go to the beach within walking distance.

VRBO should start a new catagory for hosts called SuperSuper Host. Aida and Daniel would definitely qualify. You barely hit send for a request and Aida responds. It's a 6 unit 3 story walkup where we were on the top floor. The unit is fully equipped with every utensil and basic condiment you will need. Karmen is a jewel who kept the building spotless. We stayed a month and we received a top to bottom cleaning in our unit every Friday. The rooftop patio gives beautiful views of the ocean and a great place for morning coffee and nighttime drink. We frequently saw breaching whales! The beach is a short walk and although rocky has numerous little sandy areas to set up your chairs or blankets. The main street is a short 10 minute walk where there are 7 or 8 beachfront restaurants from low to high cost but all are delicious. Across the street from the apartment is a quaint restaurant with great seafood and believe or not great pizza! We tend to travel to different places but if we ever do get back to Punta de Mita we will definitely stay with Aida and Daniel.

Best Rooftop View

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, with a great Kitchen. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and the town and a great place to meet the other guests staying in the building. It is super close to the beach. There were charming little street vendors close by and restaurants close by to grab a meal as well. Aida and Daniel were wonderful hosts and looked after us. They were very quick to respond to any issues or help we required. All in all a great place to relax and a great home base to explore the surrounding towns.

I'm not one for perfect ratings, but...

We stayed in this AMAZING little place in Punta Mita run by our new friend! Despite our very tardy arrival, we were greeted by the owners with open arms. Everything was better than expected, and nothing went wrong. Secure parking and all the amenities of home makes this our new place to stay next time we go.

Functional, clean, pretty good location (locals neighborhood rather than next to the resorts but those and other activities are a close walk) and great deck up on the roof. We suggest that owners have a "welcome" binder of some sort that's in both Spanish and English with info on the property. It should explain how things operate, answers questions like, is the bottled water in the garage available to guests, are the water sports items available to guests, what are recommendations for restaurants, where to get currency exchanged and locations of ATM's, etc... Helpful tips to make a visitors stay easier and more relaxing are great. This being said we did get a chance to talk with Danny, who was very nice and I'm sure would answer any questions you may have. In our case we didn't want to bother him with every little question though. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Fantastico!

Modern decor and great amenities. Everything is brand new. Comfortable bed and the pullout worked great for our tween. Loved the rooftop deck for afternoon siesta/reading and happy hour. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
