Our Mama Bear cabin allows our guests to feel remote while being just minutes from town.

Beautiful experience

Easily one of the prettiest places I’ve ever stayed. The property is as gorgeous as it looks, great for kids with lots of toys and books. Comfy beds and couches. Was very well maintained and everything looked brand new. The manager was so incredibly accommodating and kind and I hope to be back and would encourage everyone to stay with whisper creek cabins

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Mama Bear’s cabin. We found it had a warmer feel (heated floors help) than our last cabin. The kitchen is well outfitted but bring tin foil, Saran Wrap. (Mgmt could provide photos of the inside of the guide book to give more info). We highly recommend the owners provide bedside lamps and a few side tables for the living room.The bbque was great, the sandpit fire pit looked great but too cold for us to enjoy. There is a great off leash park in town!No serious complaints, would book again.

Gorgeous home in the mountains!

6 of us came to celebrate an early Christmas together with a family member. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door of the Mama Bear cabin. Open, bright, spacious ……gorgeous! The living area and kitchen are perfect for a larger group. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we cooked some awesome meals. The bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again!

Total gem!

This is a beautiful cabin in a great setting! The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms and beds are so comfortable clean and spacious! Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Ideally suited

Large, clean, modern cabin. Perfectly suited for a snowmobile getaway with purpose-built boot room complete with dryers. Excellent parking for vehicles and trailers. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Great place for a family

Our family of 3 were looking to spend some quite time in Valemount. The cabin had everything we were looking for. Privacy isn't great as there are cabins next to it but that was ok with us.

Excellent as always!

This is our second time staying in these cabins and it is always wonderful. One suggestion we would make is for the rooms to have reading lamps next to the beds in this particular unit. As always, beautiful, quiet, relaxing!

Mama Bear Cabin in Valemount

I liked this cabin very much. Loved the large family room and open room with the kitchen. Rooms were large and comfortable. Valemount is nice - check out the Swiss Bakery. They have some local hiking trails which is nice. The covered porch and tables and the Grill were a nice feature. Overall I really liked the place and would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful cabin outside of Jasper

Really nice cabin situated in Valemount BC, not exactly next door but still a very manageable drive from Jasper National Park. The cabin had plenty of sleeping and living space for our group of 5 adults plus a fully equipped kitchen and great laundry facilities. The local town of Valemount has some decent restaurants and grocery store options. The on-line manager, Diane, was very responsive and helpful with her communication and we were greeted shortly after our arrival by a local manager who gave us a thorough rundown of the property and surrounds. Definitely recommend this property for sightseeing in Eastern BC and Western Alberta.
