Nice Apartment located close to everything we desired to do. Though no parking included there was a lot very close by. We Would absolutely stay here again!
This property was in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to all the major sites. Surrounded by great restaurants. The condo was easily accessible and had all the amenities you would need if flying into New Orleans. Great place for a weekend getaway!
A clean and well equipped apartment approx 10 mins from the French Quarter. Location is in a mixed area. It’s a little sparse on furniture although the bed is comfortable and the shower works. All in all, a good base for our 4 night stay
This location is very clean and the pictures describe the place perfectly. My only suggestion is the tub is so huge, but the hot ester is low so you sure unable to truly enjoy it.

Great location, Beautiful property
There were a few hiccups with check-in. But everything after that was awesome. We were able to enjoy a rooftop view of the city last night. We were in town for a Saints game and we're able to walk to/from the game. We also explored Canal/Bourbon Street. This location was perfect‼️
The penthouse was very nice. My wife really enjoyed the time we spent in the home. The penthouse was comfortable and spacious. The view of New Orleans was fantastic. Access to the building was easy. The only issue we encountered were ants in the living room by the patio door. I think they may have been coming from under the stepup in the living room area. I called for maintenance to take care of it and within an hour maintenance guy arrived wearing the proper PPE and we didn't have anymore issue with ants. Overall we had a nice stay and would like to return to this penthouse in the future.
The place was great! Everything was like they said. Just make sure when you park in the paid packing especially right next to the place P142 park as close to camera’s you can. Even the side streets. We notice Friday night a bunch of window glass on side street. We parked in the paid parked parking. Then we went to load truck and our window was smashed sometime Saturday night. A smash and grab situation. But they didn’t get anything cause I took everything with me inside. So please park where
Overall we enjoyed our stay. When choosing a VRBO the expectation is to have the comforts of home vs hotel stay. For the most part we had that however, there are few things that could be improved upon. There were no pot holders to remove the hot pans from the stove. There was no dustpan to go with the broom. Fitted sheets vs just a flat sheet on the bed would be nice. The drawers to the left of the stove do not clear it and the left side of the stove was damaged when we arrived. The lightbulb in the bedroom ceiling fan did not work. The fan knob in the bathroom was broken. When staying for a week more than 2 rolls of toilet paper would be nice. We loved the keyless entry to both the building and the room. The condo was comfortable and pleasant. Even with the minor things listed above we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at a Hosteeva location again.

A notre arrivée, il manquait la télécommande de la TV de la chambre, nous avons passé un petit mail et le problème a été résolu en moins de 10 minutes.

Over, we enjoyed the property. It was extremely clean. Little short on furniture. Very large living space but only a couch for comfort seating. A couple of comfortable chairs would be very nice. No end tables in the living space and only 1 table in the bedroom. We were new to this part of New Orleans and a listing of local restaurants would have been greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this unit, especially if they take my suggestions.
Our first time using Vrbo, we were grateful to have a super easy check in process and great space to sleep and relax. Access to a washer and dryer, full kitchen, game room and fitness center made for a great trip!
The condo was beautiful and the location was in walking distance to most things downtown.
The only negatives were the loud street traffic, several drunk and disorderly individuals in the lobby and a dog in the condo across from us was crying in the mornings. Also, the condo was lacking pot holders!
