Sea front apartment in a beautiful residence "La Capitainerie" located in a small family seaside resort.
Ideal for a pleasant stay either with family or friends. Stays can be short durations (2 nights minimum except during school holidays 3 nights minimum) as longer durations.
The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with plenty of storage and a bathroom.
The apartment has wifi and pets allowed.
It is only furnished so no meals are served.
Summer period July and August only weekly

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour, reçu un bon accueil. La possibilité d' avoir des heures d'arrivée et de départ flexibles est un plus. Très bonne situation géographique , pratiquement les pieds dans l'eau.

Nous avons passés un séjour trés agréable,accueil trés chaleureux propriétaire attentif et compréhensif. La location est conforme à la description, trés propre, claire, fonctionnelle et avec une trés belle vue sur le fort et la mer. A recommander ,nous y retournerons Pat D (début septembre 2020)

Super Kurzurlaub, sehr empfehlenswert

Appartement super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am feinen Sandstrand mit super Meerblick aus Küche und Wohnzimmer. Haben die Zeit sehr genossen, tolle Ausflüge gemacht und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und die beiden netten Damen!

Pas de mauvaise surprise . Tout est parfait : appartement ; equipement , propreté .

Nous connaissions déjà Le Portel et le littoral . Alors pourquoi hésiter à concilier la région et un appartement dans une belle résidence . Même si nous n'avons pu rencontrer le propriétaire retenu par des obligations professionnelles , nous avons eu des contacts téléphoniques et l'assistante de celui-ci nous a reçu de manière fort courtoise et était prête a nous rendre aider au moindre problème . Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location .

APPARTEMENT AGREABLE ET BIEN PLACE

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine en novembre dans cet appartement agréable et irréprochable sur la propreté. J'ai apprécié qu'il soit en RdeC (lorsque l'on a quelques problèmes physiques) et sa situation devant la mer. Bon acceuil par le propriétaire très à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons certainement en été.

Appart vue sur mer, très propre, bien équipé, très agréable, calme. Accueil agréable, proprio très gentil et très serviable. Plage à 100 mètres environ. A recommander, vous ne serez pas déçu........ Cool la vie .....

Propriétaire accueillant, disponible et discret. L'appartement est bien situé, vue sur la mer à toutes heures, rue calme, pas de problème de stationnement. l'Appartement est bien orienté, très propre, très fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé (dans placard il y a même 2 fauteuils de camping super agréable pour le petit balcon et des chapeaux de soleil). Les voisins sont très calmes. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement, de plus les commerçants sont à proximité. Nous y avons passé 4 jours super et je pense nous y reviendrons.

Superbe appartement près de la plage à un pris très raisonnable

Très bon accueil, une très belle vue sur la mer qui se trouve à 20 mètres de l appartement avec places de parking à proximité de l'appartement, belle décoration intérieure​, accès wifi et télévision, restaurants​ également à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ma compagne et moi, nous avons même décidé de prolonger notre séjour.

Très bon séjour !!!

Très bel appartement, propre et bien agencé. Très belle vue sur mer, proche de toutes les commodités. Mr Lavoisier est très soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires --> A recommander!!! C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons au Portel et ça ne sera pas la dernière!! (en couple avec 3 enfants).

accueil et départ par Laurent très sympathique, sont appartement ai vraiment très agréable et belle décoration, vue imprenables sur la manche super pour faire de belle photo de coucher de soleil pour les amateurs de photos. rue piétonne l'été sais un plus, que la rue à traversé pour accédé à une très belle plage, tous commerces proche à pied, de beau site à visiter à quelque kilomètre. rien de plus à dire tout très bien
