DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Exactly as advertised, very nice and great location
The property was perfect for our needs - the dining area was particularly nice and accommodated our entire group easily which has been a challenge at other places we’ve stayed.

Very comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and Tahoe city. Bummer the pool was closed but that wasn’t the property’s fault. The pool area looked like it would have been a great place to take the kids to.

Our only problem was that the lights went out the first night and we could not find a flashlight anywhere. However, we had a great time overall the condo was very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, and being walking distance from a lovely beach was great.

The description on VRBO was very accurate, except the property manager assured us the hot tub was open, but it is shut down due to Covid. Understandable, but we were given wrong info. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to everything we were looking for. I would stay there again.

We drive in from Orange County. The cabin is nicely appointed and came with a number of fun board games which came in handy with our group. The only thing they could have used is an extra TV for the bedrooms.The hot tub is a bit far to walk in a swimsuit in the middle of winter so we never actually used it … I think that was our only regret. Ski traffic to Palisades can be painful so I’d suggest leaving early from this location to avoid the traffic.
Tons of snow when we arrived. Plenty of parking. Neighbour was friendly and helpful explaining how the snowplough process worked. About a 20 minute drive to the ski hill.
The kitchen was amazing, so well stocked. Appreciated the meat thermometer. They had spices. We loved the popcorn maker.
Fantastic washer and dryer with soap and static free sheets. So appreciated.
Beds were comfortable. The management company was helpful and pleasant.

We had a nice stay in this townhome. Location is great, as we have stayed in this community before. A few minor issues or areas of improvement: 1) we couldn't find the thermostat to get the heat on when we arrived. There were no instructions that the Nest was in the master behind the lamp. Then the heat wouldn't turn on. Eventually after some problem solving and after jiggling the furnace door, it kicked on. Worked great after that.
2) the master bathroom drain was clogged. We didn't report it since it was over the weekend. Instead we used the 2nd bathroom tub.
3) The property seemed dusty. Or maybe it was just really dry.
4) There was no shampoo or conditioner. Not a big deal, we bought shampoo at CVS in town. I just never know which properties will have this and which don't.
Overall a good stay. Management was good.

The condo is within a nice community about a mile or so from Tahoe City restaurants etc. It was well equipped and very comfortable. There is no air conditioning so can get a little hot/stuffy when it is closed up. Only one of two pools was open - nor was the hot tub open. Note - do not leave any food on the counter. It will be covered in ants! Also, the dumpsters are locked up at night (due to bear activity), if you need to empty your trash on departure do it before nightfall. The realty company is not very friendly or helpful.
This is a great condo/townhouse just outside of Tahoe City. It was plenty big for our family of four, and was extremely clean and well stocked. The check in/out process was very easy as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This three bedroom condo unit is lovely and near a wonderful Lake Tahoe beach. There is a master bedroom with king bed, a second one with a queen bed and the third with two twins. All bedrooms and baths are on second level and this is somewhat of a negative. Steps are somewhat steep from first to second floor.
When we arrived we found the unit nicely clean and all basic supplies provided. We did find three issues: The basin in the master bathroom drains very slowly, the second level tends to be hotter than first, and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. We also found the TV listing inadequate nd not comprehensive.
There is nice coffee/pastry store nearby and an Italian restaurant. The first is great the and the second is average at best.
Our granddaughter had a great time at the nearby beach on Lake Thaoe.
This is a very clean unit, well maintained. The only recommendation we would make is to provide a DVD player - while we rarely watch TV while in Tahoe, there are those days (Smoke, snow, rain, etc.) where being inside is the only option. The TV channels provided while plentiful were pretty obscure.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, an easy drive to alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. It is beautiful country. The development streets were plowed after a big snow fall but there was still a lot of ice. I don’t know if salt or sand are just not used. We were unable to get TV channels but we were able to use our Netflix. The master bathroom shower was dripping. The unit was clean and sufficiently supplied with toiletries. We did have trouble figuring out the thermostat.

(Salt and sand are used minimally on the roads here in Tahoe in an environmental effort to prevent pollution to the lake and rivers and to help maintain clarity levels.)
The property was spacious and had a lot of what we needed. walkable to pools and tennis and you can walk into Tahoe City in about 20 min or a <5 min drive. Future guests should know that there is a wagon, spices for cooking with and 2 beach towels. Communication with management company was excellent. We had one request and they kindly solved it.
