Located on the second floor, independent entrance with ample free private parking, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room, a balcony. All air-conditioned.
Bed and bath linens, kitchen towels are provided, plus everything needed for cooking, as well as beach towels and ironing boards, microwave oven, washing machine, 28-inch LED TV, and two bicycles are available for guests. .

The apartment is located in the 'good living room' of the city, in a quiet and peaceful area. It is located a short walk from the train station, 200 meters from the free, equipped beach, 5 minutes walk from the embarkation point for the egadi islands. It is also served by urban public transport with a stop just below the house, and extra-urban, to reach San Vito LO CAPO, a renowned tourist resort, Erice, an ancient medieval city.
