This is an adorable place with a beautiful outdoor seating area. It offers more like hotel accommodations than VRBO since there isn't a large refrigerator or any way to cook, but with all the great restaurants we could walk to in Santa Fe we didn't mind. We'd definitely stay here again.

Neat little place, very clean. Checkin was really easy and some very nice folks were staying in the attached larger residence. Area was tucked away, but the host instructions for getting there and parking were spot on. Nice and quiet but right by town. The only change I would make about the room is a more accessible outlet by the headboard of the bed, but that's a huge nitpick. Loved our short stay!

The room had a warm homey feeling. The onsite features were great, comfortable patio to sit in. Decor fit the Taos area. We were 3 blocks from old town. It was a very quiet location. We will return next year to enjoy.

Overall, the property was clean, and I do want to acknowledge that the property manager was very responsive to my calls and text messages. However, our stay was extremely uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning only one large box fan. With the heat index over 93F, the cabin became very hot, and after less than 30 minutes we decided we could not stay. The bathroom also had no ventilation, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially for showering. We also found the bed to be extremely firm and very noisy, with both the headboard and the springs squeaking with even slight movement.While the listing technically does not state that it has air conditioning, it also does not clearly disclose that it doesn’t. I was not informed before arrival, and it never occurred to me that I would need to ask whether a vacation rental had A/C during the summer. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.I asked if another unit with air conditioning was available, but I was told they were fully booked. I then requested a partial refund due to the circumstances, but that request was denied.I appreciate the prompt communication from management, but I strongly recommend clearly disclosing the lack of air conditioning so future guests can make an informed decision before booking.
