Luxurious mountainside condo in Mammoth Lakes features breathtaking views of Sherwin Meadows and Lake Crowley. This large updated unit is a true ski-in ski-out property located on Mammoth Mountain high above Eagle Lodge. Ski in and out just a few feet from the front door!

On-site amenities include an oversized enclosed spa located down the hall from the unit and convenient elevator access. The complex offers covered parking as well - perfect when there are snowy conditions!

If you love to cook, then you will enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. There is a GE Gas stove, Breville toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, espresso and coffee makers, fondue pot and many other chef's tools and utensils to ensure you'll have all of the conveniences of home!

The Master Bedroom features views of Sherwin Meadows and Lake Crowley, has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet and en suite bathroom with a tiled shower/bathtub combo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and TV with DVD player. The 2nd bathroom also has a tiled shower/bathtub combo. Both bathrooms have newly tiled flooring. The sofa in the living room turns into a queen bed that can sleep 2 people.

This condo in Mammoth Lakes has been recently renovated with new carpet, fresh paint throughout, 2 new flat screen smart TVs and a new Blu-ray player that has Playstation capabilities. There is also a washer/dryer, real wood burning fireplace, charcoal BBQ and an outside closet to store skis or summer equipment.

Please know that this condo doesn t allow pets and has a strict no smoking policy.

Great condo & location

It's hard to beat being able to snowboard straight from the building down to Eagle Lodge. Beyond the great location, this condo is clean and well taken care of. The kitchen has better cookware than a lot of other places I've stayed, an amply stocked wood fireplace, and access to a nice sauna just down the hall. I couldn't really ask for anything more. Best place I've stayed in Mammoth.

Had a wonderful time at this true ski in ski out spot off of eagle chair lift. To start the person managing the property js the owner and truly on top of it. He was super friendly and accommodating. Can’t beat the location and views. Wow. We will be back again and again!!!

Decrepit 80s Condo w Unfriendly Owner

Wow. What a terrible place and owner. The place is falling apart - literally. Fireplace door was broken and lying on the floor when we arrived. Kitchen fluorescent light cover fell on my wife when she was cooking and almost caused severe burns. No soap or shampoo. Ugly 80s furniture. Terrible carpet with burns from fireplace and stains everwhere. And no he is claiming we took some things and "maliciously" harmed the place. Not true. There are much better places to rent at Mammoth.

Bridges condo was as advertised. Close to ski out slope and near community hot tub. Hard to beat this location for a trip to play in the Mammoth Mountain snow. Owner was very responsive to communication and attentive to our needs. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed in The Bridges condos many times. This unit is upgraded more than most and is conveniently at the end of the complex near where you ski-in/out. I will make a point to stay here again.

Everything and More

As much as I want to leave a review that would keep others away, the truth is this property was amazing. We've done a fair number of ski vacations across the country and this was easily the best place we've ever stayed. The ability to ski right on and off the run was so convenient, and having dedicated parking made it easy to leave and come back when we needed. The wood fireplace was a welcome bonus, as was the spa down the hall. If we are to come back to Mammoth again, we'd DEFINITELY stay here again!
