About this property

Vacation on the Allanche

House of the barrier guard, it has just been recently renovated with the ground floor: kitchen, living room, separate toilet, bathroom, and a room with a double bed. Upstairs two bedrooms with the first a double bed and the second a double bed and two single beds.
The house is located in the town of St. Anastasia, but still a bit away. It is along the river Allanche, rivers of 1st category. It is embellished with a fenced and shaded garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
The shops are 7 kms (or Allanche Neussargues).
To occupy your vacation: various hiking trails, fishing, various museums in the region, the impressive architectural heritage, vélorail Cézallier, Lioran resort, pool Murat and St Flour, etc ...
Various events around: in Allanche, L'Estive May 25, 2019, The 20th Potters Market July 20 and 21, 2019, The summery circuit in Cézalier, July 21, 2019, The 43rd fair flea market and antiques 2 to 4 August 2019, in Murat, the Cornets Festival the 3rd Sunday of September 2019, September 15, 2019 and various other events around.
You also have the opportunity to visit a Salers flock farm.
A deposit of 1000 € will be asked on the day of arrival.
On the rent in winter, there is the charge of the heating in addition for 10 € / days or 50 € / weeks.
Cleaning fee of 80 € if the tenant does not do it himself.

Deuxième séjour ici et toujours un plaisir.La maison est propre. Située au calme, on peut entendre l'Allanche qui se trouve tout proche et profiter du paysage depuis la chaise longue.

Un havre de paix !

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend prolongé dans ce petit nid douillet !Très près de la ville et pourtant si calme ! Juste le bruit de la rivière pour nous bercer...Un accueil très sympathique, une maison bien agencée : tout nous a plu ! Merci beaucoup Patricia ! Nous reviendrons c est sûr !

Un havre de paix

Un gîte idéalement situé loin du bruit et de la population. Le tintement des cloches des vaches, le bruissement de la rivière, c'est un endroit très reposant. Je conseille pour les amoureux de la nature. C'est une très belle région !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison était conforme a la description et bien equipée. L'emplacement est agréable, entouré de verdure et à quelques pas de l'Allanche. Mme Armandet a été très accueillante. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de revenir. Merci.

Bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte au calme. Maison et jardin très agréable notamment avec 3 enfants. Nous cherchions du calme et nous l’avons trouvé. Entouré de bonnes balades et de jolis coins à découvrir. La propriétaire est disponible et tres réactive si besoin. Je recommence ce gîte pour un séjour de tranquillité.

Week-end de Pâques

Manque le minimum comme des sacs poubelle, sel, poivre, produit vaisselle, essuie main. Forte odeur de fioul tout le week-end + odeur de renfermé. Manque chaise à l'extérieur. 50 euros pour le chauffage pour 2 jours (16°) dans la maison, j'ai dû rappeler la propriétaire qui n'avait pas mit le chauffage, seulement de l'eau chaude (elle penser que ça ne serait pas nécessaire m'a t-elle répondu). Que dire? Même en été il faut payer le chauffage???? Je déconseille

Maison au calme en pleine nature

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans le Cantal dans la maison de Patricia lors de notre semaine de ski à la station du Lioran. Région à découvrir pour les amoureux de nature et de calme. Famille Orpel.

Gîte à conseiller.

Le gîte nous a plu. Il est très tranquille, malheureusement il a plu nous n'avons donc pas profité des extérieurs. L'hôtesse est très sympathique, à notre écoute. La région est merveilleuse pour randonner.

Environnement vert et gîte agréable

Un peu à l'écart des principaux sommets, mais beaucoup de randonnées moins pentues en forêt et quelques lacs. Accueil sympa, mais 45mn de retard pour le départ sans prévenir, dommage, même si les vaches faisaient leurs mauvaises têtes.

Déconnexion

Pour la déconnexion totale c'est bien ( pas de wifi). Mais c'est mitigé lorsqu'on a des ados. La maison sent un peu le renferme. Manque de lave vaisselle pour une maison de 8 couchages et 100 Litres de ballon d'eau chaude pour 8 couchages c'est un peu limite. Manque d'étagère de douche. La propreté laisse à désirer et la caution trop élèvée. Des efforts seront nécessaires pour un meilleur Chiffre d'affaire. Sinon propriétaire accueillante, et disponible.
