Beautiful modern villa with heated pool 8x4 located in Montboucher on Jabron in the heart of the golf of the Valdaine on the hole n ° 16 with direct view on the course.
→ Highway to 10 minutes
→ On complex offering hotel, golf, restaurant, tennis, mini golf, children's playground, petanque court, footpath for footing or bike along a river.
→ 1000 m² of land with heated pool of which 100m² of terrace.
→ 180 m² of living space consisting of:
- A master suite of 50 m² on the ground floor with toilet, bathroom with large Italian shower with optional cascade jet, dressing room with bay windows overlooking pool and golf.
- Two bedrooms of 11m² upstairs with a shared bathroom with large balneo bath massaging jets and lights, ideal for a relaxing after a golf course!
- A kitchen of 30m ² modern very equipped with islands in height 6 places seated and opened on stay and bay windows giving on terrace, swimming pool, golf. It opens onto an outdoor dining area with a large table and covered in case of rain or thunderstorms.
- A glass wine cellar. The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health, but not on holiday!
