Gorgeous guest house located 3 blocks west of the State Capitol, it has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom on an open floor plan, amenities include, granite countertop in the kitchen, custom design cabinets, ceramic tile on bathroom, living room and kitchen, electric fireplace, and tv, each of the 2 bedrooms have a king size bed, you can relax listening to the waterfall on the background of the back yard! This is a guest house and shares back yard with the main house that it's also listed on VRBO listing # 1418910

The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central and made easy access to downtown and great restaurants. The freeway was closed by, making for easy travel. Because of the freeway proximity, it was noisy. Although the house was well built, the freeway noise could be heard inside the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great rental.

This property was amazing! So much room and the beds were really comfortable. The decorating was very elegant yet liveable like home. Also, the outdoors areas were really nice and the whole property felt like a retreat. The location was close to everything downtown, yet it felt so hidden and tucked away.
