The house is located 500m from the beaches of Port Jean and Port Collen and the coastal path that goes around Belle-Ile.
You will enjoy the comforts of home, fully equipped with furniture and new appliances and quality.
The house is ideal for families (with children) and large groups.
The house is 5 minutes walk (300m) from one of the stops of the bus line that runs through the island.

After two years of work, the family house is totally transformed. The whole family took part in the construction site to welcome you in a contemporary style, warm, spacious and equipped upscale for your comfort and well being.

We do not provide sheets and towels.
We ask you to clean before leaving.
The house is not equipped with wifi, but it has many other assets!

Maison tout confort et idéal sur une île paradisiaque

Pascal et Annaïck sont simplement géniaux et leur maison leur ressemble. On y trouve tout le confort espéré et même plus. L’emplacement est également super et que dire de l’île Une semaine plein d’émerveillement

Super location dans une super localisation !

Un séjour très réussi grâce au confort de la maison d'Annaïck et Pascal. Le lieu est tout confort et on s'y sent comme chez soi. C'est également du à l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Pascal et Annaïck, ainsi qu'à l'emplacement ideal: un peu plus écarté des villes il est pourtant idéalement situé pour les belles plages et les ballades à vélo ! Bref, super logement + super propriétaires (il faut également souligner leur réactivité dans les echanges) + super localisation = super vacances !

jolie maison accueillante

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison rénovée et aménagée avec goût. L'espace de vie ouvert sur presque tout le rez-de-chaussée est tout simplement parfait pour profiter de l'espace. Accueil très chaleureux. Propreté de la maison irréprochable. Environnement calme. accès plage et côte sauvage à 500m. Un peu éloigné des villes principales la voiture est un atout même s'il y a une déserte en bus à 100 mètres de la maison. Au final séjour, très agréable ! Nous recommandons fortement les hôtes - Annaïck et Pascal - et leur maison.

Belle semaine dans cette maison très confortable.

Belle maison spacieuse et confortable. Très bien aménagée, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous avons eu les propriétaires au téléphone qui ont été très accueillants et Brigitte qui nous a reçu est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Vom Besitzer wurde uns alles erklärt. Das Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Die Abnahme war ohne Komplikationen. Alles sehr nette Leute. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Besitzer.

Belle villa très fonctionnelle, très confortable et magnifiquement arrangée (10 dix personnes).

Villa parfaitement adaptée pour dix personnes, aménagée avec goût et soins. Nous avons évolué avec aisance, dans les espaces de vie bien aménagés (cuisine, salon, salle à manger, terrasses et salles de bains-toilettes), grands parents, enfant, petit enfant, oncles et tantes pendant une semaine. Bien située à proximité de deux plages et du sentier côtier, très belles vacances assurées. En un mot, c'est une location de très grande qualité (****).

4 excellentes raisons d'y séjourner (et c'est vraiment un minimum !!!) 1 La beauté de l'île, La corse, le pays basque, la bretagne, belle ile est un concentré des plus beaux paysages côtiers francais. Il faut impérativement y venir vous faire votre propre avis ! 2 La localisation de la maison Idéalement positionnée à 500m de 2 plages, dans un hameau calme et appaisant Sa situation relativement centrale vous positionne à 15 min max de tous points en voiture 3 De trés belles prestations Un agencement optimisé, 4 chambres à l'étage et 1 au rdc, 2 sdb agréables Une pièce à vivre chaleureuse et moderne, la terrasse et le barbecue sont des garanties de moments conviviaux Le tout refait à neuf avec goût et équipé avec de l'électroménager de qualité 4 L' accueil des propriétaires Simple, efficace, authentique et bienveillant Mais là encore ce ne sont que des mots, je vous laisse seuls juges. Une certitude vous ne serez pas déçus ;) !

Séjour parfait!

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont mis à disposition des vacanciers une maison parfaite dans un endroit rêvée (plage à 10 min à pied, village de Le palais à 3 min en voiture). Très calme et très paisible, l'endroit est idéal pour passer des vacances très tranquilles en famille. Nous étions 10 (grands-parents, enfants, petits enfants) et la maison est très bien conçue et équipée pour accueillir des familles! Jamais loin des plus beaux sites y compris des bons coins de pêche! Nos pêcheurs ont été très heureux de leurs prises! Un grand merci à la famille Granger de nous avoir permis de vivre cette semaine de vacances en famille!
