About this property

Wake up every morning and have coffee from your front patio, just a few feet away from the water. Play a round of pickleball and then walk a very short distance (<5 mins) to the pool or down the private beach path and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury condominium on Longboat Key is close to Sarasota and shops and restaurants of St. Armand's Circle.
This beautiful open-concept, updated condo has a fully updated kitchen with wine bar, beverage fridge, and tons of counter-space for fun and entertaining.
The ground floor unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, tons of closet space and a nice sized laundry room.
There is also a Queen sized sleeper couch for extra guests.
There is one parking space assigned to the unit and extra parking spaces for guests.
Comes with everything you need - wi-fi, laundry room, 3 flat screen TVs, linens and towels (bath and beach), amazing bay views, and the beach only a short walk away (,5 mins).
In general, minimum lease is one month, starting on the first day of the month, and ending on the last day of the month. Willing to do a shorter term on a limited basis - please inquire.
The bay is just outside the condo. We see manatees and dolphins, lots of birds (herons, cranes, etc.), and beautiful views. For kayakers, Sarasota Bay is a terrific place to paddle, pedal, and fish. There is a kayak rental place just down the bay on the bayside, in easy walking distance.
Boat slip available upon request, depending on availability (reservation fee required).

Please note that we have recurring renters for the months of December andJanuary through March and we give them first priority to rent each year. We will know around the end of Jan 2024 or beginning of Feb 2024 if there will be any availability for December 2024 orJan - Mar 2025. If you have any questions regarding late 2024 or 2025 bookings, please send an Inquiry. We will not be able to accept any Booking Requests until we have confirmation on our current renters as to whether they are booking for Dec 2024 through Jan 2025. Thanks.

Amazing location

The location on the bay with access to the ocean was amazing. The unit is a few yards from the bay so the view from inside and outside is beautiful. The property was okay as far as aesthetics go. The kitchen and living room area was comfortable. The bedrooms were less comfortable. Lots of personal items leaving little room for our belongings. It could benefit from updates.

What a great place! The house is so comfortable and well organized. Everything You need is there (and more),the beds are very good and an amazing view!! Loved this place!

We rented for 3 months during the spring/summer and fell in love with this unit on the bay. The unit was roomy, especially the kitchen. The view was gorgeous. We were visited daily by various birds, manatee, and occasionally dolphins. Fishing was about 15 steps out my door. The beach and pool are directly across the street. We have rented this same unit again for a future stay.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very nice everything was as expected. Great bay view. Owners were great to work with. Hoping to return to Longboat Key next year. Great beach right across the street.

We live in Los Angeles with our 2 wonderful children but come to the Florida Gulf Coast a couple times every year to see family and enjoy the fishing and beaches. We bought this lovely condo so we could enjoy it during the summer, and are renting it on a monthly basis when we're not there.

Why they chose this property

This condo just spoke to us. The amazing bay views, the beach access, the pool, were all necessary items for us. It's so quiet and peaceful and lets us enjoy everything Longboat Key and the surrounding area has to offer!
