Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please: 1. All Bed/sheets: please leave; do not tear down bed! 2. (if inflatable mattress, put in bag; used sheets on top of bag) 3. Used towels: pile in tub. 4. Unused towels: please leave intact.
5. Remote controls: return to original location 6. Trash: drop off in the bright-blue trash bin at the foot of the driveway (near the mailboxes). 7. Security: Lock all doors; close windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time after 9:30 pm.
Host will send guests a summary of the booking. Guests must verify before arrival. Primary renter must remain part of visiting guest party.
If you need more than 2 parking spaces, please arrange 3rd parking place with host in advance.

This was our second time to stay here and just as before we were very pleased with the accommodations. The weather was cooler the days we were there and I appreciated that our host reached out to us to see if we needed a temp adjustment. It really is a great place for us to stay when we visit family in the area.

The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked and the host even left a few snacks for us. We arrived late from Seattle, which wasn’t a problem. We were able to check in late with ease. The view was amazing! The apartment was conveniently located between the north and south attractions to Mt Saint Helens. We visited Ape Caves on Saturday and hiked Mt Saint Helens on Sunday. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting family who live in the area. Although the weather wasn’t very accommodating for outdoor activities, we still enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area, and saw a few dear and many varieties of birds, including eagles from the living room window. We hope to stay again this summer.

Amazing views and comfortable home

We loved staying here to explore Astoria and the Mount St. Helens area. The only criticism would be the wifi - it wasn’t great, but the owners were working hard to remedy the situation while we were here and even brought us a signal booster device without us even asking for it.
