Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area near the pool and spa. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.
This bright corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The living room offers two queen sofa beds, one with a new memory foam mattress, as well as a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, along with both a Keurig coffee maker (pods not provided) and a small drip coffee maker. One outdoor parking space is included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.
