Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Wildflower complex. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.
Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a queen bed. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), Wi-Fi, and access to a private deck.
Upstairs, the loft features a pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, queen on bottom), a flat-screen Smart TV, and a second full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, dishware, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area provides seating for meals and gatherings.
Guests enjoy access to Wildflower’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ area, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Laundry facilities are located near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.
