About this property

Furnished 29m2 - hypercentre - thermal cures or holiday stay

A studio / 1-room apartment of 29 m2 on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small building.
It is ideally located in the very center of Aix les Bains. You will benefit from all the amenities nearby; thermal baths, cafes, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, shops, cinema, theater and Casino ....
A guest card will be given to you for advantageous parking (half-price underground parking, ie € 30 / week or € 75 for 21 days) and will also allow you free access to all city bus lines.
Our studio has just been refurbished and is equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 people (2 90cm beds which agree to be a double bed for couples - new bedding).
It's made of :
 - an entrance with a large closet
- a bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, mini electric oven, microwave, 2 induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher ... many household appliances) open to living room (table, chair, 2-seater sofa, screen TV flat, WI-FI ...)
- bedroom area with 2 single beds which can be joined (mattress topper)

Bed linen and towels are provided and you will be pleased to find your bed made up for your arrival.

Super séjour

Très bon accueil de la part de Karine la propriétaire, logement idéal ,( les draps , serviettes sont fournis) très bien situé en centre ville mais ds petite rue, commerces à proximité. Ville animée, jardins, musique, lac à 2,5kms . Bus permettant de visiter sans voiture et même d'aller en montagne au Revard. Je suis enchantée de mon séjour et recommande +++

Très bonne communication avec Karine qui a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Appartement confortable avec une jolie déco et où on n'a manqué de rien. Petit fond d'épicerie, boissons d'accueil au frigo, lessive et produit lave vaisselle et ménage... Chauffage électrique efficace. Encore merci.

idéalement situé pour les thermes 7 minutes à pied 1 minute du centre ville.

Equipement parfait wifi TV machine à laver le linge lave vaisselle etc. bien noté qu'il s'agit d'une baignoire et non d'une douche (pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se mouvoir). la propriétaire est un rayon de soleil - une gentillesse naturelle très avenante la communication se fait naturellement comme ci nous nous connaissions depuis toujours. Toujours prête à rendre service.

Très agréable grand studio à 2 pas de tout ! Conforme à l'annonce, très propre et fonctionnel, j'ai été ravi du niveau d'équipement (2 fours, 2 cafetières une senseo et une normale...) Rien ne m'a manqué pour passer un séjour de 3 semaines agréable. Je reviendrai sans doute l'année prochaine avec plaisir.

Bel appartement et propriétaire très sympathique

Accueil très sympathique de la jeune propriétaire qui est venue nous chercher à la gare et nous y a raccompagné. l'appartement refait à neuf récemment est propre, joli et fonctionnel. Il est situé plein centre et proche des commodités (à pied), ce qui est très pratique. Parfait pour une cure requinquante !
