Perfect Autumn Break

A very pleasant, well-modernised house right in the centre of the small town of Portbail. Very close to shops and all local amenities. Highly recommended for two people.

A few days in a lovely village by the sea

We enjoyed our stay in Portbail Sur Mer very much. A scenic, quiet place within easy driving distance of Mont St. Michel, Bayeux, D-Day beaches, etc. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, a well equipped kitchen, with 3 minute walk to restaurants, grocery store, bakery (fresh baguettes every morning!), wine store, beach and more. Locals were welcoming and friendly. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. She even offered to extend our stay when our original flight was delayed and nearly cost us the first day of our vacation. This is the perfect space for a quiet couple looking for quiet relaxation along the French coast in western Normandy. Highly recommended.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung und super freundliche Vermieterin. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, allerdings sollte derjenige noch einigermaßen fit sein, zwischen Bett und Toilette liegen 24 Stufen.

Appartement idéalement situé, à 50 m des commerces et à 100 m de la mer. Nadine, la propriétaire, nous a reçu dans son appartement très propre, très bien aménagé. Rien ne manque. Heel fraai appartement met een vriendelijke, maar alleen frans sprekende, host. Portbail is een klein stadje met wat leuke winkeltjes, een gezellige markt op dinsdagmorgen en het is vlakbij zee en strand. Maar ook het achterland in Normandie heeft meer dan voldoende natuur en bezienswaardigheden te bieden.;

Perfekter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Nadine ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Netter Empfang mit Blumen auf dem Tisch, Keksen, Tee und 2 Bier im Kühlschrank.
