Welcome home to one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Located in NE Scottsdale, between two premier golf courses, TPC Scottsdale and Troon North, with easy access to hiking at Sonoran Mountain Reserve and the charming nightlife of Market St, this home’s location can’t be beat. While numerous restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away, the home is situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood; your sanctuary in the city. Mature trees offer privacy from the neighbors while wall to wall windows invite the outside in.

Spend your days relaxing by the brand new pool, spa, and outdoor lounge areas and when evening comes, take advantage of the Weber BBQ to grill your favorite meats and veggies and dine under the stars. Toast s’mores with your little ones by the fire pit and watch them run and play in the grassy side yard.

Chef's kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals including an array of spices, extra paper towels, and All Clad cookware. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared for you: from the coffee and tea station to the baby package which includes high chair, bibs, and pack n' play. We also have pool floaties and children’s life vests available for use.

During downtime, enjoy the collection of art and antiques displayed throughout the home that have been curated from around the world. At bedtime slip into your cozy bed dressed in white linens with down and down alternative pillows chosen with your comfort in mind. Spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and two additional guest bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion have been provided for your convenience.

Please note: the pool is heated using a heat pump system and is unable to be heated when nighttime temperatures fall below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This typically happens during the months of November, December, January and part of February. The pool also has a cooling system, and during the hot summer months of July, August, and September, when many pools are too hot in Arizona, our pool provides relief from the heat as we are able to keep the temperature pleasant. There is no extra fee to heat or cool the pool.

The hot tub and fire pit are fully available for year round enjoyment.

Greatly enjoyed our 40 day stay at the property. Everything was as advertised and no surprises. The location was great for walking in the mornings, close to many restaurants, local shopping and golf courses. We loved the backyard with the beautiful pool, fire pit, and hot tub. Just simply amazing!!!

Great place to stay to unwind. The backyard is amazing to just chill or work. Sun and shade as you wish and very comfortable patio furniture. It’s spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Very clean. Communication with owners /managers was easy and they were very responsive. Great place to stay! We’ll be back again!

Lovely model home in quaint neighborhood

Very clean, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to grocery, coffee, restaurants, golf, tennis, etc. Lovely furnishings and tasteful decor (just like the photos) and fully stocked with everything needed for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool is on the small side but served the purpose to take a quick refreshing dip. Thank you for the hospitality!

Arizona Perfection

Beautiful North Scottsdale Location , with the most perfect home and back yard. We could not have had a more relaxing time. Beds were comfortable, home was perfectly clean and relaxing, and the back yard was picture perfect. I would love to rent this place again. We are from Canada, and we spent every moment outside and in that beautiful heated pool ( it was perfect for day and night swims ) :)

Simply, top shelf!

We've been wintering in Scottsdale for the past ten years. This home was the best equipped, most tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished of all of our vacation rentals over the years. We found it very clean with lots of nice extra touches, plus a private desert setting. The owners and their team were exceptional to deal with, being very accommodating and responsive. We'll be back!

We loved staying at this stunning home. The worries of the the outside world melted away as we enjoyed the beautiful patio, pool, waterfall and fire pit outside. Clean Functional Home

Well staged rental, but two items need to be improved in my opinion. 1) Pool is about the size of a large spa, but is not heated rendering it useless in the winter months. 2)Cable TV station selection is limited to local stations and not much more. No ESPN, CNN, etc. Other than these two observations, property is as advertised: clean, quiet, well landscaped and very convenient to numerous activities.

Perfect for Us

We rented this so we could live in Scottsdale for the month of Feb. We worked during the week and hosted friends and family on the weekends. The house was great for 6 people at a time. The kitchen is well equipped and inviting, the dining table is attractive, the living room is great for gathering to talk and watch TV, and the sun room was nice for escaping from everyone else. Also, the covered porch was very comfortable and a favorite place to hang out. The bedrooms were dark and comfortable and the eclectic art work was interesting to the minute we left. The location is terrific. It is close to Pinnacle Peak for hiking and as such the neighborhood has a private, wild feel to it. Still, Starbucks and some nice restaurants are within walking distance and the bevy of entertainment choices at DC Ranch Market Street are a five minute drive. If we were to buy a house in Scottsdale, it would be very similar to this.

AWESOME Vacation Rental!!

If you are looking for an amazing, VERY clean (and I am hard to please in that area) house in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, then this is the place for you! You will NOT be disappointed with this place! This vacation rental has everything you may need (and more) to accommodate families or couples. The kitchen is very well equipped including two fridges, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and everything else a kitchen should have. There is a full size washer and dryer, books, games, Cable TV and internet. The house is very tastefully decorated with beautiful art and comfortable furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable with great bed linens. There is a great walk in closet in the master bedroom with plenty of hangers so that you can fully unpack. The large backyard is beautifully landscaped with a great patio area, pool and BBQ. This is a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy the Arizona sun. Part of the patio is covered, so if you prefer shade, that can be enjoyed as well. The location is great! It is a nice, safe, well kept neighbourhood. There are grocery stores, great restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into making this property very comfortable for everyone. I had a couple of questions after we arrived, and she was very quick to respond, extremely helpful, and pleasant to deal with. We cannot wait to return next year!

Delightful home & location

We were displaced from our home in FL due to hurricane Irma. We’re visiting out west and just decided to stay in Scottsdale until we could learn more about storm damage back home. Booked this home and it proved to be the perfect place to regroup … lovely pool backyard, beautiful interiors with amazing art & book collection and comfortable high end furnishings & beds. Felt like home. Highly recommend!!
