including 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10)

1 bedroom 2X2 bunk beds (90X190),
1 Baby Cot Umbrella + additional mattress
2 bathrooms,
1 large entrance,
1 large living room dining room about 40 m2,
1 fitted kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine (new), microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster and various food processors) approx. 16 m2
2WC.
1 large west facing terrace (garden furniture) and large garden.
House very well located with sea view and large garden between the port and Lan Kerellec.
The house is rented for € 1200 in the summer months.
Pets are not accepted.

Urlaub mit Freunden - 5 Personen
Gute, ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt, von den 3 Schlafzimmern sind die oberen beiden gut, das untere leider etwas dunkel und macht einen feuchten Eindruck, Küche gut bestückt, schöner Salon mit großem Esstisch.

Merci pour votre commentaire. La chambre du Rez de Chaussée n'est pas humide, mais peut-être l'avez-vous trouvée un peu froide dans la mesure où il n'a pas fait particulièrement beau la semaine que vous aviez choisie, que le chauffage n'était pas mis en route et qu'elle est orientée à l'Est alors que les autres chambres sont orientées Ouest.
Il y avait pourtant des couettes chaudes supplémentaires que vous auriez pu utiliser.
Je l'ai occupée moi-même cette semaine et c'est tout à fait OK. Il faut dire qu'il a fait très très beau.

Excellent séjour dans une très, très belle maison
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison magnifique. La terrasse est très sympa. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La maison est très bien équipée.
La plage est à 150 m à pied. Le sable y est fin.
Ce séjour a été extra et je conseille cette maison aux personnes qui ont envie de visiter cette belle région.

Maison parfaitement située et très bien agencée
La maison est parfaitement située. Vue imprenable sur la mer, terrasse très agréable surtout en fin de journée pour profiter du coucher du soleil, descente directe sur la route qui mène à la plage donc très appréciable. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très fonctionnelles. Il y avait un lit de bébé qui nous attendait sur place et c'est très appréciable. Le jardin aussi est très bien fait pour que les enfants puissent jouer sans danger (ce qui est rare dans cette région car les terrains sont vite en pente). Tout est à disposition pour passer un séjour agréable et Madame Simon-Turquet est une hôte très gentille et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci!

gemütliches ehemaliges Fischerhaus im traditionellen Stil
Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit viel Charme, guter Ausstattung und viel Platz. Traumhafte Aussicht gen Westen über die Küste; wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen. Nächster Strand in nur 3 min erreichbar. Ebenso Hafen mit gutem Restaurant und einer der besten Créperien der Bretagne. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an viele schöne Punkte entlang der Côte de Granit Rose. Bio Bäckerei um die Ecke. Supermarkt im Ort. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die zeitnah auf Mails und Fragen reagieren.
Wir würden sehr gern - dann mit Freunden - 2017 das schöne Erlebnis wiederholen.
