Charming villa of 80 m2 fully renovated in 2013 15 m from the beach of the cèpe ronce baths, towards the wild coast.
Close to downtown, market and casino (Barriere)
Ronce les Bains is a small and lively seaside resort, bordered by a pretty pine forest offering beautiful bike rides.
Many activities are offered in the heart of the resort and the wild coast will accompany you for many kilometers (La Coubre lighthouse, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Oleron) surfing, sailing, jet skiing, horse riding.

Gemütliche , praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung , hell und strandnah. Der Pool ist top für eine Erfrischung und die überdachte Terrasse bietet von morgens bis abends die Möglichkeit , sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Die Absprache verlief reibungslos und immer zeitnah.Ein 'Rundum-Sorglos-Paket' , das wir nur empfehlen können !

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem sehr gut gelegenen Ferienhaus. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand, in den Wald und zur kleinen Einkaufsstraße gehen. Mit dem Rad oder dem Auto lässt sich die Umgebung gut erkunden.Die Kommunikation mit Samantha war wunderbar. Mit einem Video, in dem alles Wissenswerte des Hauses erklärt wurde, wurden wir zu Beginn der Reise versorgt. Leider ist keine Bettwäsche bzw. sind keine Handtücher vorhanden. Diese kann man extern mieten. Außerdem ist die Endreinigung nicht im Preis enthalten. Entweder putzt man also selbst oder es kommen weitere Kosten hinzu. Der Check in und check out war unkompliziert. Richtig schön ist die Terrasse mit dem angrenzenden kleinen Pool.

We spent a lovely week at this property which is only a short walk to either the beach or town. The house is well equipped and a lovely space to relax. The outdoor space with dip pool is perfect for those hot summer days. We spent nearly all of our time outdoors either in the pool, eating a lovely meal at the table or reading.The shutters were also very welcome at night to keep the rooms cooler. It is a busy street with holiday makers going back and forth but you get used to it. The local people were friendly and polite. Lots of lovely places to dine out. A local shop, which is only a short walk away, has all of the essentials you might need. We enjoyed going for ice cream in the town too. Plage de La Bouverie is a beautiful beach nearby which we visited twice during the week. Some points to note: linen is provided with a charge; bring your own towels and you are responsible for cleaning the property before checking out.There was prompt communication with the host who was friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette maison parfaitement équipée (cuisine tres complète et fonctionnelle, lave linge, lave vaisselle, linge de maison à disposition,..). La terrasse couverte permet d'en profiter toute la journée. Nous avons également pu profiter de la plancha et de la piscine.Un petit bemol pour la route qui passe devant la maison car elle est parfois un peu bruyante lors du retour des plages en fin de journée. Ronce les bains est une commune à taille humaine, bien aménagée et avec un marché quotidien (un vrai plus).Au bilan, une très bonne adresse.
