The main living area has a 72" flat screen smart TV, a beautiful stone fireplace, a luxurious leather couch and two accompanying leather love seats. The kitchen has modern appliances and is completely stocked. The first floor has two bedrooms, one king sized and queen sized beds, respectively and attached full baths. The second floor has semi-private loft, with a double bed and attached half bath. There is another bedroom with a double bed that is accessed through the loft. Plenty of storage is available, both in the condo, in the outdoor ski locker and in the downstairs garage. Curl up by the fireplace, with wood provided, after a long day of skiing or exploring the National Parks.
The condo is located in Teton Village, the premiere location for convenient access to the world famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The iconic Aerial Tram is a short, 3min walk from your front door. This condo is a short walk (275 steps in ski boots) from the slopes. It's comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly sized for a family of four. Would definitely stay again.
We were in town for a family wedding. This condo was the perfect spot - convenient to hotels where the other guests were staying but great to have our family under one roof. Clean and comfortable! Would definitely like to stay again.
Perfect location for exploring grand Tetons and Jackson. Fit 6 people comfortably - and had a table for 6 too. Should note that the upstairs does have a lower ceiling so need to be aware for people who stay up there. Sam accommodated my request for hairdryers which was very considerate. I would recommend.
Property is great and exactly as advertised. The dryer on the property needs to be serviced as it was not drying the clothes. Also the 2nd bathroom faucet is dripping at the sink and the handle in the shower needs to be secured. Everything else was fantastic!
Maiden voyage to JH to ski. Location is great - easy walk to the tram. Parking was not horrible - garage is available but too low for our car that had a Thule box on top. Sam and his wife were both responsive by text and addressed a minor issue with the dishwasher. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with a decent amount of pans/dishes. Would stay again!
The place was nice. Our kids loved the loft area and it is an ideal spot for walking to Teton village. As I’d read in other reviews, the washer was insanely loud so we only used it once. I had great communication for entering, but none during the visit, not that we had any urgent needs. My biggest complaint was noisy neighbors overnight, we had someone set off smoke alarms in the place below in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this for the location.
Stayed for 1 week in this property. It was just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great wood burning fireplace and wood was provided. This was a plus for us. I love that there were plenty of extra towels, blankets sheets available in the condo as well as extra paper towels and toilet paper, if needed which we did with 8 people staying there throughout the week. Great views from the balcony and it was a short walk to the tram and about a 4 min. walk to Sundance tennis and pool club (opposite direction from the tram) that has outdoor hot tubs and heated pool. The pool and hot tubs were a nice addition to the end of a long ski day. We would definitely stay here again. Sam, thanks for everything! You have a great place.
This was our 2nd time staying at the property. Very close to the mountain and the location cannot be beat. We had a little bit of miscommunication regarding cleaning and checking in and it was resolved quickly and we greatly appreciated Sam’s professionalism.

Don't turn on the washer
The property is located very well. We first encountered an inability to run the dryer when the toaster was plugged in. Apparently a wire short exists with he nearby outlets. subsequently we quickly realized that the washer is completely imbalanced. My children developed a dance to describe the massive house shaking vibration that occurred when trying to utilize the available washer dryer. Somewhat amusing, however if you want to wash or dry during late hours, have fun waking you neighbors and hearing the stair case sing.
We additionally found that the master bedroom radiant floor was more of a lava pit. Set the thermostat to a reasonable heat and prepare for scalding temperatures. Furthermore, the guest room thermostat wasn't functional.

We have stayed at the adjacent condo, literally otherwise of the wall. Only a few ticks increase in price. Light years above quality.
Consider wisely your choice.
Location great - attention to details not so great
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and although the owner/manager Sam was very responsive to our issues, we feel that for $700/night these issues should not have happened.
Specifically:
1- glass stovetop had major crack down almost half of it. Although this did not affect functionality, for the price we paid this should have been dealt with. Initially Sam said he didn't know about it but later in our interaction he admitted he knew but was going to wait until the season ended before replacing it.
2- no toilet paper holder in one bathroom. Again not the end of the world, but the unsightly holes in the wall are not acceptable for the price we paid. This obviously was an easy fix that should have been dealt with ahead of time.
3- no fire starter nor lighter for wood fireplace. We bought a lighter and tried in vain to get the wood to light with some cardboard but to no avail. On day 3 Sam brought some starter logs (and a lighter). We have stayed at many a ski cabin and they ALWAYS had these crucial tools. In addition we had to ration the limited wood supply when Sam said the HOA was supposed to deliver more but it never came.
3- Washing machine not properly mounted as on normal spin cycle it vibrated the whole house like a jet engine was about to take off. We had to choose the gentlest cycle to tolerate it.
4- Toaster oven broken. They promptly replaced it- which was great but again this should have been checked before check-in as it was obvious it was broken by looking inside at the heating element.
5- this may seem nitpicky but the only set of tongs were giant BBQ tongs- which were cumbersome to use for regular cooking and were not what should have been there to avoid scratching the Teflon cookware. Also regarding cooking half the larger pots did not have lids. Again not the end of the world but for the price we paid, they should.
6- again a minor issue- the light for the built-in water dispenser on the fridge flashed like a strobe at a rave. Fortunately none of us are susceptible to epilepsy but again this is something that should have been dealt with.
Although we COULD have invited another couple/family to stay with us, be advised that the loft bedroom's ceiling is sloped and very low so one person would definitely hit their head getting out of bed & would have to get out on other side
On the positive side- besides location (walking distance to lifts- which was the main reason we picked this place), the couches were comfy and the beds were too.
Nice property easy walk to lifts good location just a short walk to lift. We just had breakfast at house and went to slopes came back shower and out to dinner and drinks so it worked very well for us. Even had adult in loft which had its own 1.2 bath. Thanks for the good times
The condo is perfectly situated to the slopes. Short and easy walk to the lifts and restaurants. Unit is very well equipped and clean. The living room was a perfect place to relax and play board games after a day of skiing. The fireplace was a home run.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfectly located to quickly access the Grand Teton park. Easy walking distance to restaurants and store, located in Teton Village. This is a well setup place for a short or extended stay.
Condo was as shown for first floor. Loft area was more cramped with low ceilings but serviceable. Condo was very comfortable and I’d stay there again. For summer renters, please note that bedrooms were stuffy/warm overnight - particularly upstairs.
Great experience. Love the condo. Close to Teton village and the Wilson moose road to the Tetons. Would stay there again.

Quite simply, we bought this property because it is a short walk away from the best ski area in North America. As locals, it has it is a dream come true for us. We're excited to be able to offer an affordable option to families that is steps aways from the chair lifts!

We fell in love with the property because it would allow us to offer guests an affordable place to stay, a stone's through from the iconic Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. As Jackson Hole locals, we are keenly aware of the fact that not many places like this still exist - most have been torn down to make way for luxury accommodations, mostly unattainable to the average skier and their family.
