About this property

New: 8-person 70m2 garden apartment

We have just finished building our chalet. The apartment is brand new. There is a large garden around. The area is very quiet and sunny. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (160 x 200) and one bedroom with a bunk bed. (+ 2 beds in the living room). There are two bathrooms, two toilets and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is in Val Cenis - Lanslevillard. The station is made up of three villages, Termignon, Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard. Each village has a departure from the ski lifts, ski lessons, crèche, and shops. The closest departure from the apartment is Val Cenis le haut. There is a beautiful kindergarten at the foot of the slopes for the little ones, with shops and a bowling alley. The departure of the lifts is a 3-minute walk away. A heated and secure ski locker is available free of charge at the foot of the slopes so that you do not have to take the equipment with you.

Fantastic Find in Val Cenis

6 of us stayed over new year. The two older teenagers took the double bunk and although that room was cosy they coped and we didn’t get on top of each other. We cooked most evenings in the small but well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the gondola each morning and great having the ski locker. We had friends staying in a nearby apartment so we shared their locker too as there was only space for 5 boots. Easy to contact our host who was really helpful. We were also lucky with the x as now and sunshine combination !

Super séjour, mise à part une cuisine trop petite pour 8, les draps fournis pour 8 lits dans un sac à notre arrivée (compliqué de trouver les bons draps pour les différentes tailles de lits, ça aurait été chouette d’avoir les lits faits), matelas pas très propres et bac de douche pas très propres. Le petit panier surprise à notre arrivée était très sympa ! Accueil top avec arrivée flexible. Merci Maxence pour votre gentillesse et pour les coordonnées de Pierre ! Les sauts en parapente ont été sensationnels.

Très bien !

Séjour entre amis pour découvrir le domaine de Val Cenis, accueil et échange durant la semaine très simple avec Maxence. Cuisine relativement petite pour cuisiner mais sinon, logement neuf, propre et avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Casier à ski au pied des pistes très pratique. Je recommande ce logement :)

Très bon gite

Gite très agréable, récent, avec des espaces plaisants pour un gite de montagne. Complet au niveau de l’équipement. WiFi non fonctionnel mais solution alternative proposée par les propriétaires. Dommage que la météo ne nous ait laissé que peu d'occasions de profiter de l'extérieur (table, transats, belle vue). A 10 min d'une via ferrata. Environnement calme, bon accueil et conseils

Bel emplacement mais pour le prix(hors vacances scolaires) nous aurions aimé un service plus élaboré (lit fait, serviettes, torchons, quelques aliments de base comme le café, huile, vinaigre) à disposition. Par contre, nous avons apprécié le beau panier d'accueil offert pour déguster des produits locaux et le casier chauffé pour les skis à côté des remontées. L'espace jardin est suffisant mais non clos, ce qui permet aux chiens (très gentils) du voisinage de nous rendre visite. la vue est exceptionnelle.

location impeccable et agréable

L'appartement est impeccable, clair, propre, moderne. Seule petite restriction, la cuisine est un peu juste si l'on veut cuisiner un peu. Environnement agréable; la vue depuis le salon est magnifique. Quant à l'accueil, il a été très sympathique, aussi bien de la part de l'agence de Lanslebourg que de M. et Mme Jorcin . Bravo aussi de permettre la présence des animaux; c'est rare dans les locations et notre brave Hinka vous en remercie; elle a ainsi échappé au chenil ! Si nous avons des critiques, elles portent sur la région Haute-Maurienne qu'il faut fuir si l'on est pêcheur de truites comme nous l'étions, en tout cas hors la pleine saison : les sociétés de pêche privées interdisent en effet aux titulaires de la carte départementale, qui n'est pas gratuite (! ), l'accès à la plupart des torrents et nous avons parfois été reçus de manière agressive. En 10 ans de périnigrations dans toutes les vallées alpines, c'est la première fois que nous voyons cela ! Dommage pour cette région si belle, où nous ne reviendrons pas.

Appartement très beau, fonctionnel et bien équipé.

En été, très belle vue sur la montagne, dégradée toutefois par la présence de tas de planches déposées par le voisin, en vrac en limite de propriété. A noter également un certain manque d'intimité lorsque l'on est à l'extérieur et obligation de surveiller les enfants en permanence car le périmètre n'est pas clos. Grande disponibilité et réactivité des propriétaires
