House of 80m2 near the city center of Dijon. At 300m a tram stop (line 2 Junot stop). Access at 3 stations in the city center and 5 stations at the station. Access in 10mn on foot in town. For a stay with car, free and easy parking in front of the house. Closed court with small garden and sandbox in front of the house, terrace arranged on the back. Entrance, kitchen, living room with BZ, WC, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6) 2 TVs and internet access wi-fi.
House located in a quiet one way street.

For exteriors:
In front of the house, courtyard closed and flowery in summer with a small garden and a sandbox (summer).
On the back, a terrace equipped with garden furniture with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, a barbecue, a children's table with 2 chairs and a table for activities for water games in summer .

On the ground floor:
- Kitchen 10m2 fully equipped, oven, hob, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, TV and dining area.
- Living room of 30m2 with 2 sofas, 1 BZ (2 beds 140), dining area and TV.

The house was perfectly situated for our visit to Dijon. Check in was easy and the house was exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well as the exterior garden. We would definitely rent this property again on future visits.

Nice Place to stay in Dijon

Very comfortable French house near tram station Junot. A short ride to the city centre. Not much traffic in the street, so very quiet. Easy to communicate with the owner: we used whatsapp. We can recommend it.

Lovely property

We loved the location and the patio. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only problem was the 3rd bedroom was actually a sleeper sofa in the living room. My 83 yr old sister in law couldn’t do the staircase so she had to stay there-no privacy or place for her clothes, etc. Overall it was good-just a heads up on this,

Je suis désolée..... le descriptif de l'annonce est je pense très détaillé, nous avons 2 chambres à l'étage et le 3ème couchage est un canapé convertible qui se trouve dans le séjour (pièce indépendante et fermée). Pour les rangements il y a une grande armoire ancienne dans une chambre, une commode en bois flotté avec panier dans l'autre chambre et un portant sur le palier..... le séjour est une chambre d'appoint......

Lovely little house in a great location for visiting Dijon - either 3 stops on the tram which itself is a 3min walk from the house or a 20min walk. Boulangerie and grocery store a 7min walk. Considerate host who leaves helpful information for using the property. Nicely decorated and maintained. It seems like a bathroom will be added on the first floor, currently the small shower room on the ground floor is nice although a bit cramped (eg for bathing a baby). Two nice bedrooms upstairs (both with room for a cot). Very nice living area and well equipped kitchen. Parking right outside the house in the quiet street.

Peaceful place but a bit away from sites and amenities

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together. Overall we enjoyed our stay, finding the home comfortable and peaceful, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed our evenings eating and visiting on the private terrace. The kitchen was well stocked, except for a good coffee maker. There were 2 bedrooms that were comfortable, except no fans so it was hot at night, and the French use a warm duvet rather than a top sheet and blankets (we found this throughout France). The third couple had to sleep on a firm futon in the living room that blocked the entrance into the kitchen so no privacy. The main sights are a 15 minute tram ride away, along with amenities like cafes and groceries. So a peaceful place but have to use public transportation for everything. Also, the owner charges for towels, which we were not aware of until a few days before arriving along with the owner wanting us to bring a security deposit check for 500 euros. This we could not do and the owner was okay with that. The owner only speaks French, but luckily one person in our group spoke French. Overall, a comfortable place and we enjoyed our time here. The owner was helpful but there were a few issues that renters should be aware of.

Bonjour. Désolée que la maison ne vous ai pas pleinement convenu mais un peu étonnée....... Les commentaires précendents et suivants sont différents et même opposés au votre..... Pour les ventilateurs je viens d'en ajouter un dans chaque chambre. Le troisième couchage se trouve dans le séjour et son matelas n'est pas un premier prix et est très confortable( emplacement indiqué dans l'annonce). Il y a des commerces de proximité à moins de 300m.... boulangeries, supérettes, banques, journaux........et l'arrêt de tram. L'accès au centre ville se fait à pied en 10mn et en tram en 5mn..... (indiqué dans l'annonce également). Pour la caution j'ai vu directement avec le site. Cordialement.

Wat een geweldig vakantiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en op een prima locatie. Ideaal om Dijon en omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie met Chantal verliep uistekend via WhatsApp, en ze stond ons vriendelijk te woord. De binnenplaats met de prachtige bbq was helemaal top: we hebben iedere avond heerlijk genoten van gegrilde gerechten.

Super week-end dans cette location tres bien située dans une rue calme à deux pas du metro qui mène au centre-ville en 3 stations. La maison est tres bien équipée et il est facile de se garer dans la rue. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Nous avons apprécié la maison avec sa terrasse arrière-cour , sa luminosité , sa fonctionnalité et sa déco . Elle est très bien située , a côté d'un parc, mais aussi proche du tram pour la visite du centre ville dijonnais .

Super Lage für Besichtigung von Dijon

Schönes kleines Häuschen, netter nicht einsehbarer Hinterhof mit Grill. Alles sauber. Für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen viele Zettel mit Hinweisen, wie man sich verhalten soll, was erlaubt und was verboten ist.

séjour merveilleux !

Un grand merci à Chantal pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le logement est extrêmement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement situé pour une famille avec des enfants, même en bas âges. Des jeux dans la cour sont prévus pour les plus petits, des équipements bébés en excellents états... Le tram se trouve juste en haut de la rue et tout près d'un parc de jeux. Il nous manquait juste un peu de soleil mais nous gardons cette adresse parfaite pour découvrir la ville et la vallée de l'ouche !!!

Angenehme Unterkunft

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Es liegt günstig nah an der Straßenbahn, Bäcker, Supermarkt. Check in war unkompliziert, Madame Chantal sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprecbbar.

Ich und meine erwachsene Tochter hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Die ruhige Lage und der Umstand, dass man sowohl zu Fuß in die Innenstand laufen kann, als auch mit dem Auto alle Ausflugsziele im Umland schnell erreichen kann hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie die tolle und ansprechende Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Dijon zu erkunden

Wir haben die Unterkunft für zwei Übernachtungen auf einer Reise in den Süden genutzt. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und ist funktional eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus kann man bequem parken, in der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die City ist mit der Tram nur so wenige Stationen entfernt, man könnte die City auch zu Fuß noch gut erreichen.

schönes Ferienhaus

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll mit allem Notwendigem eingerichtet, incl. Spielzeug für Kinder. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. getrennte Schlafzimmer sind praktisch (nicht nur die Klappcouch vor der Glotze). Die Stadt ist gut und shnell zu erreichen, zwei Bäcker, Apotheke und Lädchen um die Ecke. Die Gastgeberin ist aufmerksam und gut organisiert.
