For rent 33 m² apartment with a box in a closed garage. The apartment is located in the residence Lauvitel 3 rue des Vikings in S / T 4 on the official plan of the station, on the 5th floor with elevator. Exhibition and south-facing balcony overlooking the Muzelle. The residence is located right next to the Devil chairlift, at the foot of the slopes. The apartment is renovated with quality materials, modern mountain atmosphere. 1 large living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 balcony. The apartment is completely new, kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, induction table, dishwasher, fridge. 40 inch LCD TV, DVD player. Filter coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine ... For sleeping arrangements, a bedroom with a 140x200 bunk bed at the bottom and 90x200 at the top. In the living room there is a sofa bed rapido system for 2 people 160x200.
A secure ski locker in the room on the ground floor.
A person is present for the delivery of the keys, the inventory of fixtures and, if desired, the rental of sheets and towels which are not included in the rental of the apartment. End of stay cleaning 60 € optional.

This was a lovely stay in a very comfortable apartment, I have stayed here before and it does not fail to impress.
So close to the Diable Lift and well positioned for the town and all the amenities it has to offer.
I hope to stay there again.
Excellent location with nice views.Modern and clean with a well-equipped kitchen.There were only two of us, so it was nice and roomy.Communication to book (not on 'Instant Book') and miscommunication at the end re check-out times were the only problems.We would stay here again when in Les Deux Alpes.
Ideally located appartement with anything you need no more than 2 minutes away !
Really nicely done up appartement, with all the necessary amenities and ideally located (it’s a 50m walk to one of the big ski lifts!).
We had a great stay and the check in/check out process was really painless!

A very well appointed property, could not have wanted more. Description is accurate and location could not get closer to the Diable lift. Check in and out was easy, rep turning up exactly when agreed to leave the apartment on time. Would definitely use this apartment again in the future.

This is a great property to stay at for a ski vacation. The apartment is just steps away from the Diable lift and it’s a close walk to many restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator so there were no issues bringing our bags up.We had travel issues getting to Les Duex but the hosts were very flexible with us and helped us to get in the apartment after hours. I’d highly reccomend staying here.
Appartement en excellent état, bien équipé, avec une literie confortable. Très bien situé, au départ des remontées mécaniques et à proximité du centre de la station et des commerces.
Superbe appartement pied des pistes. Très bonne localisation tout était parfait merci à Tamara qui nous a superbement bien accueilli. Je tiens a remercier les propriétaires qui sont très réactif dans leur réponse. Tout est bien indiqué sans problème. On peut y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, dans un appartement bien équipé et entrenu, positionné idéalement prés du boucher, boulanger, supermarché et bien sûr juste à côté du télésiege du Diable.

l'appartement est idéalement situé (au pieds du telemixte du diable).
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et l'accueil pour la remise des clés est bon.
Seul bémol, pas de lumière au plafond dans la chambre du fond (sans fenêtre).
C'est génant lorsque l'on doit chercher nos affaires dans le placard.
Casier à ski non disponible. Obligé de stocker les ski sur le balcon ce qui a tendance à salir celui-ci.
J’enlève deux étoiles à l’appréciation générale pour ces deux raisons.
Sinon, séjour idéale.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances aux 2 Alpes dans ce logement. Marta nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et a toujours été tres rapide à répondre à nos questions.
Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut, cuisine très agréable et appréciable d'avoir un lave vaisselle. Le canapé lit est très confortable ainsi que le lit superposé. Il y a aussi du rangement pour les vêtements. Nous avons laissé la voiture dans le garage toute la semaine et avons tout fait à pied, c'était super. Il faudrait juste une deuxième clé pour le local à ski, la deuxième qu'on avait ne marchait pas mais on s'est quand même débrouillé .
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement confortable, bien décoré et d'une propreté irréprochable.
Très bien situé au pied des remontées mécaniques.
Le garage est un plus très appréciable.

Location du studio conforme à l'annonce. Déco contemporaine agréable. Canapé lit confortable par rapport au lit double du coin montagne qui semblait pas très ferme.
Le garage fermé en souterrain est un vrai +. Une location que je garde en favori, si je revenais aux 2 Alpes. Accueil par Tamara agréable, pour la remise des clés.
