From your balcony, you have a private view of an endless sparkling silver strand of beach, the sapphire Sea of Cortez, and dramatic views of 'Land's End'. Villa La Estancia offers a lifestyle opportunity beyond compare with the services of a 5-star resort, with a full-service spa, fine-dining, private tennis courts, and room service.

Villa La Estancia is 'the' resort in Cabo, perfectly located just one mile east of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Very exclusive and very private, yet close to all the action of Cabo. The resort is a true 5-star property, very clean, and well maintained, with great service from all employees of the resort. Villa La Estancia just won an award from Travel West for 'best all-inclusive resort in Mexico' (all-inclusive is an option at the resort).

Our two bedroom, three bath Condo is tastefully decorated and features many upgrades! This is our second home and not just a rental unit, so you'll find movies, games, upgraded mattresses (termperpedic pads) and furnishings upgrades that will make your stay feel more like 'home.'

Our large, 2200' luxury condo at La Estancia faces the ocean, providing outstanding views of the sapphire sea and Land's End.

This seventh floor (of eight floors), two bedroom/three bath condo is beautifully decorated and will sleep up to 8 people. The large living room, dining room, and full kitchen are perfect for relaxing with families and friends.

Luxury features abound in this beautiful Villa, including cream travertine marble floors, carved maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in all bathrooms, tiled kitchen counters, 10 foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and terraces, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security box, TV/DVD, telephones, and high speed Internet service (both wired and encrypted wireless service). Maid service is included 4 days/week. You may upgrade to 7 days/week maid service as an option (request it at check-in through the resort).

Included is voice-over-internet telephone service, with free long distance to and from the United States and other countries. Friends, family and associates can reach you by dialing a California phone number as well.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

We own two villas and they are very similar. Both are located on the seventh (of eight) floors. Pictures show our villa on the east side of the resort and we also have a villa on the west side. Both villas feature great views, with the east side villa featuring great sunsets, while the west side villa gets the morning sun (great if you like sipping coffee on your balcony in the morning). More pictures available upon request.

Please note that if you are available and interested in last-minute discount rates (reduced if you can reserve less than 30 days prior to arrival), email or all us for rates and to be added to our notification list for these specials. Our last minute rates (we'd rather rent a week than let it go unoccupied) can be VERY attractive.

Credit cards accepted, as well as PayPal. 50% deposit due with reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Our villas are non-smoking units and include maid service 4 times per week (no additional charge).

NOTE: beginning September 8th the resort is now collecting a new city tax that supports a program improving the quality of life for the working class neighborhoods in Cabo San Lucas, with a focus on sanitation services. You will be assessed the charge by the resort and it is about $1.60 per day. The official fee is 33.68 pesos per day and we thank our guests for supporting the phenomenal people that make a great Cabo stay happen.

Perfect family getaway

Large rooms are clean and furnished with everything you will need for a Cabo vacation. Bedrooms are separated by the large living room so each bedroom has privacy. Large deck with ocean views and a well equipped kitchen. The staff is constantly working to meet the needs of the guests and they are friendly and go above and beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend.

A little piece of Paradise

First time visiting Cabo and using VRBO. We could not have been happier! Communication with property owner/manager was super easy. Check in/check out process was quick and uncomplicated. Fantastic villa and stay

Fantastic communication throughout process. From pre-booking, mid-stay, and checkout, owner communicated frequently and was very quick to respond. Villa is well furnished and extremely clean and updated. If you are on the fence about staying at Villa La Estancia- just do it and book this villa if it’s available. We have stayed at VRBO rentals around the world and our stay here was the best. Thank you!!!!

Lovely Home

Kermit’s home was perfect! The check in and out process was seamless, the home was clean and WELL stocked with everything you could need. It was conveniently located for all of our needs and spacious enough for all of of guests to have their own rooms and bathrooms. Kermit also has extremely helpful tips around the house along with a great labeling system that helps both find and re-store the various items. Everything was in working order. Whenever we return, we will certainly look into the availability for Kermit’s property (or even one of his others!). Thanks Kermit!

VLE - Heaven in Cabo!

Could not have found a better place to stay in Cabo. Short 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Wonderful 2 bedroom property that was clean, shaded in the evening, and overlooking the ocean. Management was responsive and accurate. Furniture a bit dated, but easily functional and comfortable. Loved the patio every evening... Property restaurants were just average, but great convenience. Pool and pool bar was incredible. Ocean swims just steps off property. My 11 and 14 year old enjoyed the ocean waves, though strong open water swimmers. Highly recommend the property, as well as booking Cabo Adventures for zip lines, ATVs, and dolphins!!! Would definitely come back and stay at this property!!!

Villa La Estancia was a perfect fit.

Our family has spent many years going to Mexico but this was our first trip to Cabo. The Villa la estancia felt like a very exclusive property. The neighboring properties were much louder and busier and it was nice to be able to go over for a quick bite to eat and retreat back to the tranquility of our resort. We stayed in unit 3708. It was great to be so high up which drowned out most of the noise and gave us a beautiful views of the water. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of five. I can’t say enough about the owners. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. We got delayed on our flight down and ended up arriving a day late and they offered to let us stay an extra day. Even though we couldn’t do that it was an amazing gesture which speaks to the quality of these owners. We did find a grocery delivery service, the prickly pear, and that Allowed us to utilize the well equipped kitchen and pantry. I would definitely recommend both this resort as well as this particular unit and owners. Would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous resort!

We loved our stay in this unit! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort is wonderful. The staff is friendly, attentive and they make you feel very welcome. The location can't be beat. You can walk to many restaurants and the downtown area/marina is just a 5 minute cab ride away. Don't hesitate to book this property. You won't be disappointed!

The property was clean and much more than we could imagine. The owners did a great job with ideas for dinner. He helped us plan well for the trip and was a great help with any questions we had. Excellent property, excellent room, wonderful staf

We have stayed at this location before and it’s still wonderful! The property is well taken care of and the staff is excellent. We walk into town a couple times a day for exercise and good food. Lots of restaurants we enjoy like Chamuyo and Patagonia for steak. Tres Isla for seafood and more local feel. And enjoyed Billigans for the beach. 1st Time in several years we were disappointed with The Office. Always a favorite of ours but this time the four of us stopped in the have a margarita and a nachos, and was charged over $75 . I guess success is good for them. Instead of eating dinners there several times like usual, we didn’t bother going again. Love Cabo and the Villa La Estancias property and the our room in particular! The room was very well taken care of, although we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Once I called they came right away. I spoke with the owners prior to going they were very responsive and easy to talk too!

Best Villa we have stayed in EVER!

This was our 11th trip to Cabo and VLE is the only place we have ever stayed! Absolutely love the beach front access to lay out on the beach. There was always a lounge chair, table and umbrella available when we went to the beach every morning! I did a lot of shopping from the vendors on the beach. More willing to negotiate prices...also the BLUE TARP market in the Marina and the shops at the very end of the marina where the water taxis let you out and pick you up negotiate prices also.. if you go to other places across the street from the Marina area they don’t negotiate at all. Tabasco’s on the beach is a 5 minute walk from VLE. Great food.... We also liked Alexander’s and ate there often.... We parasailed with Aires Water Sports and have sailed with the same crew all 11 years! When we arrived we were greeted with Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, chips and margaritas out on the balcony over looking the water. This was something new that surprised us as we were starving at 3:00 pm... This Villa was the BEST EQUIPPED VILLA we have EVER STAYED IN in all of our visits to Cabo! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to grill! In fact I loved the coffee maker so much my husband ordered it for me! The furniture in the living area was very comfortable as was the dining table and chairs! The balcony also had new and updated patio furniture. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped. With every trip we make to Cabo and stay at VLE my husband and I discuss looking for somewhere else to stay on our next trip and we look at each other and say NO WAY this is our home away from home. Highly recommend Evan and Patricia’s Villa and will be booking our stay in their VILLA for 2019....!!!

A gorgeous condominium complex with great pool and lovely staff. This condo itself use an update

We stayed in Evans condo for 5 days. Gorgeous views and spacious rooms. Many updates needed here by owner. Very old lumpy pillows, no interior design of interest, old cookware, etc. And WiFi intermittent. But the price was good for a fancy complex so it was fine overall.

Heaven is not an exaggeration

This one of the best vacations we have ever been on. We highly recommend renting from the Julbers. Just an outstanding experience all around! - The villa is gorgeous, spotless, beautifully appointed and furnished, and plenty roomy enough for our family, a 50-year-old couple with 3 sons, a daughter, and a son's girlfriend (ages 18-23). - The kitchen has everything: dishes, glassware, utensils, gadgets, cookware, a full size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, washer, dryer. Dish soap, laundry soap, hand/body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper / Kleenex, linens, bath towels and pool towels are all supplied. - The pantry and the liquor cabinet are both partially stocked and we "paid it forward." - The covered terrace featured tile floors, lights and ceiling fans, a table and lots of chairs for outdoor meals, a gas grill, lounge chairs, and an ever-changing million dollar view by day or night. - We hardly used the 3 nice TVs, but at night we enjoyed the board games and playing cards on the terrace. - The three "real" beds were super comfortable; the sofabeds were, well, sofabeds, but the kids were glad to not have to share. - The three bathrooms had big showers with lots of hot water and water pressure. - The staff were friendly and helpful. - There is an onsite water treatment facility, so we used the water to brush our teeth, make icy drinks, etc. and not one of us had any GI problems. - The grounds were expansive and impeccable and there was an endless assortment of pools, hot tubs, restaurants, and activities among the three Villa Group properties. - There are free paddleboards and kayaks at the beach, a well stocked market, a taqueria, a deli, an ice cream shop, an entertainment stage, swim-up bars, several souvenir shops, the Desert Spa, a fitness center, a steam room, and something new to discover at every turn. - Transpacifico, the airport transportation recommended by the owners, was excellent. - Walmart, with a full liquor store and grocery store inside, is a 5 minute cab ride. - The villa has secure internet and there is public wifi at the pool. It's slow and unreliable, but who cares? You're on vacation. It's a perfect excuse not to get that work done that you brought with you. - Room service is pricey but it was well worth it after our 7 hour flight delay that had us arrive at the villa, starving, at midnight. - Everything fun is within a 10 min. cab ride or stroll down the beach.

Cabo Adventure Dream

Our 1 week stay at La Villa Estancia was amazing. Only me and my wife in a 3 bedroom slice of Cabo Heaven. Upon arrival we were greeted at our room by Javier Flores, who made us Margaritas and provide chips, salsa, and guacamole. Great way to start off the trip. Steps from beach, pool, restaurants and an excellent view of the ocean from our large balcony. All of the Estancia staff were helpful, and provided great service. Our villa hosts have made our vacation a memorable experience. Everything is available in villa for you to have a wonderful time. This was our first time in Cabo, and we will be definitely be coming back.

Best family trip ever!

We truly had the best family vacation ever. We stayed in Villa 3708. The unit couldn't have been better...the location ideal and the view was so fantastic. What truly makes a vacation is your accommodation. Evan's place was perfect. Evan's site recommended transportation from the airport. We used his recommended service and it was ideal. We payed an extra $20 to make a stop at Costco on our way from the airport to Villa La Estancia. The activities center arranged for a half day of deep sea fishing. My son caught a 150lb marlin! We loved taking a water taxi to the arches but I likely wouldn't use the company Rice and Beans. We were the only boat where life jackets weren't required! Be sure to go to the arches in the morning. It gets a bit choppy in the afternoon. Our dinner highlight was a well worth it 35 minute Uber drive to Flora's Farm. Nothing like it. Make a reservation well in advance. We missed Russel Wilson by one night! Our hike up Mt. Solmar was great too! Trip Advisor has some good tips on that one. I have told so many about our trip to Cabo. We are a family of 6. We brought my parents too. 8 of us were so comfortable and had a tremendous trip. Memories for a lifetime. Evan, thank you so very much for all your thoughtful care in helping to coordinate our vacation. We will be back!

Great location, amazing views, beautiful and comfortable condo!

We had a fantastic time at Evan's condo and would highly recommend it to anyone. Evan was very responsive throughout the process. We had two families with kids age 6-14 and we had plenty of room. Amazing views. The pools and hot tubs were great. The staff at Villa La Estancia was phenomenal. Easy walk into town. We really hope to visit again in the future!

Couldn't have been better!

Spent six nights with my wife and adult son at VLE # 1707 last month. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of this resort--beautiful grounds, extremely friendly staff, fantastic pool, terrific location etc. The villa was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had a great view of the Land's End "rocks". Some might be looking for more action, but we totally enjoyed the peaceful setting, safe quiet surroundings and beautifully landscaped grounds. Wished the swim up bar stayed open past 6:00 PM--but, again, the flavor of VLE is mellow. Partying available at two sister resorts on either side. Handled all arrangements with one of the owners, Evan J. who was great to deal with. From the get go, felt treated with respect and warmth. He was consistently responsive to our needs and made us feel valued at all times. (Thanx to his assistant, Rena, as well). VLE reception staff were warm, helpful and fun. Hope we have the opportunity to return in the future, perhaps to try the other Villa, 3708. If you're considering this resort, DO NOT HESITATE, and book through Evan.

Everything was perfect

We just spent 6 days at this beautiful villa and resort! From the stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies to the comfortable beds the villa was perfect. We really liked the pantry having some extra items to share and we left many extras for the next person. The afternoon shade was the Best on the balcony as we enjoyed appetizers there every evening before heading out to dinner. The resort was beautiful, SAFE, quiet and very well maintained. You won't find anyone rowdy or any kind of trouble at all. The bell hops were awesome and very attentive. The only negative thing we had was the bartenders we're not very friendly or attentive.. It Might have just been our week but when we travel to Mexico we usually have fun at the Swim up Bar meeting the bartenders.. It was also a bummer to not have a Bar out of the pool we could enjoy an evening drink by the ocean.. Not a big deal just something they might consider adding to the resort! Other then that it was a Perfect Vacation. We had 4 teens (19,19,16,15) with us and they now prefer Mexico over Maui.. Thank you for the dinner recommendations. We really enjoyed this trip and plan to be back and stay at Villa 3708 again!!

Loved our stay in Cabo!

Our stay was fabulous! The condo is gorgeous, the views fabulous and everything you need is right there. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. We shared the condo with another couple and found that we spent a lot of time on the balcony; morning coffee with the sun shining on us was amazing and we loved that it is accessible from both bedrooms as well as the living room. Private space is no problem as the bedrooms are located on each side of the main living area - it's a perfect set up to share. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; pool is beautiful and beach easily accessible. The location is fabulous - downtown and the marina area are a quick ride away - we even walked a couple of time as well as made our morning runs to the marina. It was so nice to have the leftover non perishable items in the pantry - we made sure to restock for the next guests! We hope to come back again and would highly recommend Evan's condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Cabo!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

I can't say enough good things about this condo and Evan! Booking was so easy and Evan's website gives great suggestions for everything from booking your airport transfers to dining. We came to Cabo with our 2 children (ages 19 & 22). The villa was absolutely spotless, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The views are spectacular. My husband and son spent the days fishing for marlin while my daughter and I relaxed by the pool. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped with plenty of chairs at the pool. No need to rent a car as cabs are plentiful and inexpensive. The main town isn't too far that you couldn't walk either. The most surprising thing about the resort was how good the food was. We ate at many of the restaurants between the 3 resorts and all were actually pretty good. We will definitely return!

New Years in Cabo- wonderful!!

We stayed from 12/28-1/4 and had a terrific stay. The villa is fantastic. We have stayed in many condos/villas in Mexico and this is by far the best. The location within the resort is fantastic. The patio and view are wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The kitchen is well furnished and the tvs and wifi' are great. The resort itself is incredible. The beach is great with plenty of chairs. The pool is huge and warm!! The on-site restaurants were delicious and the free coffee in the morning a bonus! The gym is well equipped and super convenient. Could not have asked for more

Villa La Estancia is our second home, a great retreat for us from our primary home in Bend, Oregon. We primarily visit Cabo during the winter (Bend, Oregon is a ski town and we need a break from the cold), but we've visited during the summer as well. One of the cool things we do is exchange our VLE home for other homes around the country.

We are a family of four: Evan, Patti, Sam (30) and Chase (17). Evan is a businessman and airline pilot, Patti is an interior designer (complementshome. com) and Sam attends college.
