Aggieland Getaway! Perfect for weekend or short term rentals

3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced, private backyard. We can accommodate a group up to 8 people. Easy 10 minute drive to Texas A&M University! Perfect for Aggie Game Days, Parent’s Weekends, Graduation or any occasion that brings you to Bryan/College Station. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. All linens provided. Washer and dryer onsite. Kitchen is fully stocked for your use as well as backyard patio with BBQ. Complimentary high speed internet and DirecTV.

This property is available for weekend or short term rentals. For short term rentals, e-mail me for availability.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): King sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Adjoining bathroom with soaker tub and shower, 2 sinks.

Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Large walk in closet and dresser. Shares common bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Full sized closet with storage. Shares common bathroom.

For parties of 8 people, we provide an inflatable mattress and linens you can set up in living room.

Common Bathroom: Near bedrooms and laundry room. Single sink. Combination bathtub/shower.
