The apartment located on the 3rd floor, enjoys a beautiful terrace of 20 m2, a large living room with sea view, a master bedroom with sea view, private bathroom and dressing room, second bedroom with two separate beds, dressing room and shower room private, fully equipped kitchen
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning 2018 for 1 € for 3 hours of use at the expense of the tenant, integrated payment system)

We enjoyed our stay at this amazaing place. The view was outstanding. Everything lived up to our exspectation. Clean and nice. We were there with ti teenager which loved the pool and the parents the sea. We recomend this higly.

Nice apartment - Amazing views

The apartment is nice, clean, wifi is really good and the views of the mediterranean sea are really incredible, the best you can have. The owners Daniel and Bridgette were really helpful in our circumstances, letting us in a day earlier (paying it obviously) On the bad side you have to pay for the a/c but it is not that bad as 1 euro can last a lot of hours as the apartment is not too warm, so you don't need the air conditioning on all the time, and every time you stop it the counter stops, so as I said a single euro last a lot (a whole week for us) The worse for us was the pillow, as one pillow was too hard and the other too soft, but I know pillows are very personal. Over all the apartment is good I would recommend it to everyone and we will see if we can repeat one year,

Das Appartement ist super schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar darüber hinaus, denn in der einen Woche haben wir nicht wirklich die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzt. Wir haben jeden Tag mit offener Tür zum Balkon geschlafen und die Morgenröte über dem Meer hat mich jeden Morgen geweckt, um dann mit einem Kaffee auf dem Balkon einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu erleben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement à la vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Bien équipé, très bon standing de la résidence et terrasse de belle taille. Proche de Nerja et accès aux criques plus tranquilles juste après Maro.

Tolles Appartement - tolle Lage - Klasse

Das Appartement war genau wie beschrieben, die Bilder sind völlig korrekt. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Fahrstuhl, also: kurze Wege. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf dem Balkon zu Essen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Es gibt zwei Pools und es waren immer Liegen frei. Schön, dass es eine Krupps-Kaffeemaschine gibt. Es ist möglich, auf dem kleinen Strand vor der Anlage zu Baden. Es gibt allerdings auch tolle Strände in Richtung Nerja. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend und nicht zu touristisch. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und hilfreich. Die Dame, die uns den Schlüssel überreicht hat, war sehr freundlich und hat uns das Appartement gut erklärt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es ist eine sehr große, sauber und toll gelegene Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eine Mietwagen wird empfohlen.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten, geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Besonders das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit dem tollen Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders schön sind auch die beiden Bäder. Das Appartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge on die Umgebung (Alhambra, Cordoba, Malaga, Nerja etc ). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Anfragen wurden jeweils sehr schnell beantwortet. Auch die Dame, die die Übergabe vor Ort gemacht hat, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Meeresblick

Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar. Auch im Hinblick auf die Privatsphäre ist die Wohnung einwandfrei. Daniel war immer hilfsbereit und wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage. Ohne Auto ist es beschwerlich ans Meer zu kommen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand unter der Anlage ist versperrt. Man muss sich also einen anderen Strand suchen, wenn man ins Meer möchte. Wir bewerten die Wohnung auf jeden Fall mit fünf Sternen.

Espectacular

El apartamento es todo lo necesario para querer volver, buena limpieza, vistas inmejorables, el menaje de la cocina muy bien, sartenes que no se pegan, eso es dificil de encontrar cuando alquilas apartamentos, y aqui las sartenes estaban perfectas. La calita mas cercana esta muy bien, es pequeñita pero ideal si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, a nosotros nos ha encantado El tema de la llegada, bueno... ahi si que quizá le he puntuado un pelin mas bajo, es porque la entrada me generó un poco de ansiedad al no tener un numero de contacto de la persona encargada de entregar la llave, pero finalmente todo bien.
