Le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison. De ce fait il est très sombre et peu agréable. Son emplacement est mitigé car il donne sur une route très passante. De plus, extrêmement bruyant car le logement du dessus etait occupé. Aucune insonorisation.
