4km from Saint Lary, house with dominant view over the Aure valley, hiking trails from the house, located 6min from the new Saint Lary cable cars. Néouvielle Park nearby. Spain 20km through the Bielsa tunnel. Many activities offered in the surroundings in summer and winter (addicted branches, rafting canyoning, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing ...)
Nearby ski resorts: Saint-Lary, Piau Engaly, Val Louron, Peyragudes.
Spacious and pleasant house comprising on the ground floor: a large living room with American kitchen comprising: vitro hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment, electric coffee maker, Senséo, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, pancake party. Fireplace in the living room, 40 'flat screen TV and DVD player. A bathroom with shower and WC. A large bedroom with living room and reading area, board games.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds (1 per bedroom), and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.

Maison confortable, belle vue mais environnement de lotissement. Le réfrigérateur meriterait plus de volume et une partie congélateur plus grande. Sejour tres agréable et satisfaisant dans l'ensemble.

Bonsoir, Très bon week-end dans cette maison, emplacement top, météo également Seul problème nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour.
