• Parking: 1 pass included with reservation; 1 additional pass can be purchased upon request
• Contactless Check-In: You will receive a door code and check-in instructions 3 days before arrival as long as all required information is provided.

*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

Rest & Relaxation

We found the property to have just about everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to restaurants, markets, pubs, and stores. We had a month of quiet, rest and relaxation. We were able for our November stay to go to the beach every single day! The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed, so we would definitely book again for our next stay. We did find that we enjoyed the balcony so much that we spent a lot of time out there either playing cards, visiting, or even eating. It was such a beautiful view for sunsets and sun rises on the balcony. We rarely heard neighbors so the walls are well done. We had a wonderful month! 5 Stars!

First time staying at a rental. The condo was amazing! Super clean and exactly like the pictures showed online. The kitchen and bedrooms worked great for a family of 4 with lots of extra room. Million Dollar View

The view , the view, the view ! We spent so much time on the balcony overlooking the gulf! Having a roomy table out there allowed us to eat meals watching the waves . The large kitchen was beautifully designed and made meal prep a breeze. Another significant bonus was the covered parking during a blistering heat spell . Beach access was very convenient with onsite chair rental service available . All around a lovely stay .

This unit is walking distance to the Hangout, only 1 mile! It is walking distance to many souvenir shops & restaurants. You will not find a unit that has a better view than this one!

What makes this property unique

YOU WILL NOT FIND A UNIT WITH A BETTER VIEW! THIS UNIT HAS GREAT VIEWS OF THE GULF AND THE LAGOON!

We love the indoor/outdoor pool that is heated and the hot tub. When we are in town during the cooler seasons its nice to have a place to go for a swim or just relax in the outdoor hot tub.

There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.

Pier 33 is directly across the street.
