The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 4 miles away from ‘Strip’.
I have had a very negative experience with a group here in Las Vegas renting under the age of 25 - so I have a minimum age of 25 for rentals.
Pool and jacuzzi same temperature 85F
• Driveway in front and side for at least 6 cars
• 6 bedrooms 5 bath (All master bedrooms) comprised of King Beds & Queen beds
• Huge Custom island kitchen dining area with attached living room all attached forming a great room.
• Dining/Living room has a table for 12, living room U-shaped couch with ottoman all in the same room as well. (with a 65 inch LED Samsung wifi enabled flatscreen) great for seating for dinner to stay out of the 110 degree summer heat.
• LCD TV s w/Premium Cox Cable and HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.
. BBQ on back patio
• Foosball Table
• Central AC heating system
* No smoking in the home.
* Smoking allowed anywhere OUTSIDE in the back yard
• Garbage is collected on Wednesday mornings. If you are here during those days for your stay please put out garbage curbside accordingly.
Checkout Procedures:
• Checkout is at 11 am unless otherwise arranged
• Please lock front door and text me once checked out.
• Put all garbage in those big trash bins we have on the back patio and such.
• Throw all dirty towels in the laundry room floor.
• No need to strip the beds of linens, we will do that.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Easy stay for large groups!

We decided to stay for a large conference with a whole team. It was great to be all together but have a separate space at the same time. Good lounge area.

Moldy house not as advertised!

House is not as shown in pictures. Pool room is moldy improper ventilation. Our kids got sick had to check out early. Literally black mold on furniture and walls and in roof system as well took pictures to document. When asked for refund home owner never responded. Light fixtures were rusty and roof leaked when it rained plaster chipping off, plywood over skylights. Patio door couldn’t be opened boards across windows to secure them. Used kitchen once and the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, sink backed up. Blinds chewed up by dog I’m guessing. One bedroom you couldn’t use stunk like dog. Ants. The list goes on. No refund no help. Ruined our Christmas.

Big House - Great for Trade Shows!

Putting up six guys during a week-long trade show in Vegas is expensive, but we've found that all of us can stay very comfortably in a big house like this one and we have the extra benefit of being able to spend more time together team-building! The house was exactly as advertised and worked out great for our group!
