Beach front home!! This fabulous beach house has great views of the water. Your boardwalk is directly beside the house and takes you to the beach, just steps away.

Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in living and dining rooms providing stunning views and access to the deck where you will see shrimp boats and watch the dolphins play. Large dining table for 8-10 and bar with prep sink and 5 stools are great for a big gathering.

A spacious master suite with screen porch is located on the main level. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two baths: one is a 2nd master with queen bed and a deck with spectacular sunrise views. Two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds with trundles (sleeping 3 each) and open to a covered porch for views of the bridge, marsh and sunsets. The sitting area has a sleep sofa. Each bedroom has a TV.

Harbor Island is a gated community offering many amenities including large pool, baby pool, play ground, fitness room along with tennis, basketball and volley ball.

You can spend your days enjoying the wide beach. Take a walk and see all the birds that enjoy Harbor Island as well as dolphins playing close to shore. Walk down Harbor Drive and observe the osprey and egrets and you may spot a family of turtles and even an alligator (behind a large fence). Hunting Island State Park is just 2 miles away with wide beach, wooded trails, lighthouse, nature center and fishing pier.

There are many golf courses in the area where you can call for tee time, the closest being Fripp Island, only four miles away.

Since the historic town of Beaufort is only twenty minutes away, you can drive in for lunch or dinner and to walk through the lovely streets admiring the gracious homes and shopping in the unique shops and galleries. Day trips could include Charleston or Savannah.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
