The villa Les Arcades is ideally located on the seafront 400 m from the first beaches.
5 min by car or 30 min by foot from the center of Issambres and its shops and restaurants. You will be able to reach St Tropez from the Port des Issambres by sea shuttle in 25 min.

Inside, in addition to the living room and the dining room with sea view, you will have 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 double beds and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with WC, 1 en-suite shower room to one of the bedrooms and 1 separate WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.) and very functional.
The dining table seats between 6 and 8 people, outdoor tables and chairs for 6 to 8 people.

Heated swimming pool with financial contribution of € 50 per week.

Les Arcades, a warm and welcoming villa, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

All it needs for a relaxed stay with the ocean just across the street.

We greatly enjoyed the stay at the villa. The location is outstanding. Plenty of little beaches around, the ocean is just across the street for a little dive inbetween! Les Issambres, St Maxime or St Tropez all closeby. Our welcome qas very friendly and the house has all itneeds for a very private and relaxed stay. Including the big pool. Looking forward for another stay.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Das Haus war einfach perfekt! Super sauber und gepflegt! Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt Der Pool hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht und wir haben ihn täglich genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war einfach atemberaubend! Ebenfalls wundervoll war, das das komplette Anwesen eingezäunt war so dass auch unsere Hunde sich frei auf dem großen Grundstück bewegen konnten und sich ebenfalls rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Auch unsere Gastgeberin Elodie war super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt im voraus war perfekt! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!

Tres belle maison, joli village

Une maison de vacances très fonctionnelle et spacieuse avec une grande et profonde piscine. Axé sur la vie en plein air et clairement récemment rénové. À distance de marche de plusieurs plages et d'une côte rocheuse où vous pourrez vous promener avec le chien. La cuisine offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore et il y a aussi une cuisine extérieure. Avec une séparation d'une route plus fréquentée, mais nous n'avons pas trouvé cela dérangeant et cela a l'avantage d'être à une rue de la mer. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Une arrivée et un départ agréables avec une hôtesse agréable ont complété notre séjour.

wunderschöner Blick auf den Golf von Saint Tropez.

Wir haben hier einen wundervollen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Pool, der einmal wöchentlich gereinigt wurde. Es bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Das Haus liegt direkt an der D559, die insbesondere am Wochenende viel befahren wird. Dank an Elodie, die uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles ausführlich erklärt hat!

Normalerweise ganz gut, nur der Pool war nicht sauber, die Wände und der Boden waren voll schwarz so ähnlich wie Algen. War nicht sonderlich schön in dem Pool zu schwimmen.

A perfect villa

We had an absolutely brilliant time at this villa, the location is perfect and waking up to that view everyday was unbelievable. The pool was perfect and so much bigger than we had expected. The villa itself was very spacious and very clean, all three bedrooms were of a good size just remember to bring bedding (as we forgot to bring any and had buy some 🤦‍♂️). We would definitely be delighted to visit this villa again

Beautiful house with great sea view

Very nice and spacious house with a beautiful view over the bay to Saint-Tropez. Very nicely renovated house (ok, the kitchen still has a little potential in parts). We all felt very comfortable. The house offers many corners to sit down and retreat. We especially liked the plancha grill. The pool is also very nice. It is a bit too far to walk to the village, but you can get there in a few minutes by car and we always found a parking space without any problems. The only disadvantage is the noise from the street and the two-wheelers that often drive very fast there.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa qui invite à s’y prélasser entre la piscine et les espaces extérieurs. La villa est très bien aménagée et équipée pour tout moment de la journée, et le contact avec Elodie était très réactif. Bonus pour les nageurs : une crique de rochers est à quelques mètres de la villa, de l’autre côté de la route (attention la route est parfois bruyante en haute saison en raison du trafic sur la côte).
