Beautiful house recently built (2009), in a high valley in Aragnouet between St Lary and Spain (Aragon), at 1300 m above sea level, ideal for indulging in the joys of the mountains, with family or friends .
At your disposal: Ground floor 1 large living room with fireplace, television, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, etc., 1 other small living room with a second kitchen with similar equipment, utility room with washing machine and dryer, 2 large terraces for outdoor dining. A bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower room, 2 toilets, an independent bathroom

coin superbe et gĂźte pas loin des sites de randonnĂ©esgĂźte trĂšs confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©petit bĂ©mol, la route en contre-bas qui mĂšne Ă  l'espagne, que les camions empruntent tĂŽt le matin ; gĂ©nĂ©es un peu par le bruit, car fenĂȘtres ouvertes.

TrÚs agréable séjour pour une famille de 14 personnes malgré quelques imperfections

Points positifs : - Grand espace de convivialité (salle à manger, salon) avec cheminée - 3 salles de bains et WC - 2 terrasses et tables extérieures. Points négatifs : - Pas de navette en face du chalet (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce) avec obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller skier à Piau-Engaly ce qui a privé de ski nos enfants et petits-enfants les lendemains de chute de neige (pour cette critique, une indemnisation serait la bienvenue ...) - Pas de Wi-Fi et trÚs peu de réseau - Pas de service à raclette !!! - Pas de sÚche-cheveux

Grande maison, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs pratique pour un groupe, les deux salons Ă©tant communicants par le Rez de chaussĂ©e ( les enfants et ados peuvent s isoler de leur cĂŽtĂ© sans gĂȘner les adultes). 3 salles de bains modernes. Grand jardin avec terrasses tables et barbecue mais non clĂŽturĂ© et proche de la route. La maison est mieux en rĂ©alitĂ© que sur les photos du site. Nous cherchions un gĂźte pouvant contenir plusieurs familles, celui-ci Ă©tait parfait avec le second gĂźte mitoyen qui permet d'ĂȘtre plus au calme si besoin. Le sĂ©jour du grand gĂźte est largement assez spacieux pour accueillir tout le monde. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La route est un petit peu proche, cela ne provoque pas du tout de nuisance sonore mais un peu dangereux pour les enfants ou les animaux. L'endroit est superbe pour les randonnĂ©es.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine exceptionnelle dans ce chalet situĂ© idĂ©alement sur la commune d'Aragnouet. Le propriĂ©taire a de plus Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeant et nous avons mĂȘme eu l'occasion de faire quelques flambĂ©es dans la cheminĂ©e avec son autorisation. Nous avons passé en excellent séjour . Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, il ne manque rien.

Je recommande vivement cette maison bien équipée . Possibilité de skier soit sur saint lary ou piau-angaly ( environ 20 mins chaque station). La voiture est obligatoire car centre ville à 15/ 29 mins. Idéale pour plusieurs familles . L'avantage l'hiver personne sur la route et sur les pistes !!!
