The apartment recently and expertly renovated is granted, directly by the owners, in a tourist lease for short periods.
This is an apartment on the first floor of about 85 square meters well furnished and consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and one with bath.
A large living room with a table and a kitchenette is equipped with a typical Tuscan fireplace, and is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed.
It can comfortably accommodate 6 people plus a cot.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, espresso and mocha coffee machine, microwave and combined oven, Wi-Fi, LCD TV and mobile BBQ.
A private outdoor yard is for the exclusive use of guests of the apartment and is furnished with large parasol, tables and chairs.
Inside the Park of Palazzo Monaci, lying on a slope there are two beautiful swimming pools, one of which is hydro-massage..
IMPORTANT : Seasonal pool: Open June 1st, closing September 21st
The entire village is fenced and accessed through a large automatic gate.
There are two private parking spaces available

Relaxation in the Tuscan Countryside

Relax Palazzo Monaci is the perfect place for relaxation or exploring. After three days in Rome, we wanted to relax in Tuscany and enjoy the natural beauty of the region; this place did not disappoint at all. The villa/apartment is beautiful and the pool is just close enough to walk to and from. Once we were done soaking in the panoramic views, we used this as a great stepping off point to explore Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, and Pienza. Manuela and Vincenzo were wonderful hosts and we will definitely be back and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Italy.

The views incredible !

The surroundings are magnificent. The views incredible. The apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Can fit more but would get tight. Everything works as expected and the pools and landscaping make the place extra special. There is no a/c so it can get quite hot during the hottest days of summer. Vincent greeted us with wine and snacks and that was a nice touch. Grazie.

Staying in the Manuela house means living the real Tuscany. The house is very welcoming and well kept. The apartment was delivered very clean and the linen were embroidered and scented. The owner is kind and available. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to live in relaxation and enjoy the presence of the stars!
