Fondue and raclette set available in the apartment for your Savoyard evenings.

Sleeping: 1 pull-out bed (2 x 1person)

1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps + cupboard

1 sleeping alcove: sleeping 2 bunk beds with storage drawers

We offer an individual garage for rent, located at building Cimes 2, 70 € per week. On demand.

The residence :

Residence directly at the edge of the slopes (Perdrix green slope). Start and finish skis on the feet. Easy access to the 3 Vallées ski area.
You will find all the shops nearby: supermarket, cheese dairy (fondue and raclette to take away), sports shops, restaurants, bar (billiards, pinball machines), lift passes.

The teleported "Les Chalets" (free) gives you access to the resort center. Shuttles "Méribus" also lead there, as well as Méribel (swimming pool, ice rink, fitness center with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, massages ... shops, bars, restaurants).
You do not need to use your car during your stay.

Great Location

This apartment is well equipped and conveniently located in a building directly on the slopes at the top of Meribel-Mottaret. The location makes it very convenient to ski down to the various lifts that take you to any of the three valleys. From the apartment balcony you had wonderful views of the prettiest mountain peaks.

We had a great time for a week exploring 3 Vallees skiing. Amazing location with Carrefour and ski rentals within a 2 minute walk. The place also has a great view of the slopes. Agnes and Eric were great to deal with!

Great Apartment

Great apartment for our stay. Perfect location, close to bus stop and little shop 3min walk. Ski out was great, however ski in more difficult for beginners. Well equipped for self catered, we loved using the crepe maker one morning. Alway lots of hot water. Only small thing which would help is a bigger kettle. Great communication from Agnès and would definitely book again!

Great condo for skiing in Trois Vallees

We - a couple in our fifties- just stayed 10 days in this nice little condo in the heart of the great skiresort Tros Vallees and loved it. The building is right beside the slope so we could easily ski-out/ski-in right to the door you see in the picture. There is a room with lockers for your skiing stuff. The condo is nicely decorated and very well equipped with kitchenware and dishes. For one or two our dinner dishes we had to juggle with the two hotplates a little ;-) Tip-off: Buy sidedishes you can prepare in the microwave. Shops, restaurant nearby, parking across the street. You can rent a garage if your car isn't too big. Amicable and helpful contact with the owner, many thanks to you Agnes. We would definetly stay here again.

Great apartment and resort

This property was perfect for our family. Great communication throughout our stay and clear directions to find the apartment. We travelled with 2 teenage boys. One slept in the bunk bed area and one on the sofa bed in the living area. The areas can all be separated and there is one double bedroom with plenty of storage space. There's a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. We drove to the resort and found free parking but next time we would book the covered parking as we had to dig our car out of the snow! Roads cleared quickly around the resort. Great views from the balcony. There are ski lockers and it's a five minute ski down a green run from the apartment to the main area for ski lessons. Plenty of runs for all abilities. The apartment is in the le hameau area of Mottaret. There's a free cable car from le hameau up and down into the resort, a five minute walk from the apartment.Mottaret is a smaller resort but as a family we prefer this. It had everything we needed close by. There's a supermarket a five minute walk away, ski hire shop, a bar and a couple of restaurants and in the main area more shops and restaurants. There's regular shuttlebus to Meribel centre, the largest area in the valley, 2km before with a pool and more shops. We really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend this apartment and plan to stay again.

Excellent emplacement

Le gros point fort est un emplacement excellent, le local à skis est réellement au pied d'une piste, pour rentrer il suffit de descendre à l'intermédiaire de combe ou de tougnète. Le local à ski est très proche de l'appartement. Un bémol commun à de nombreuses locations de ski : le manque de rangements. Quelques étagères ou placards posés en hauteur le long des plafonds améliorerait énormément la vie.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Emplacement directement sur les pistes. Courte distance au supermarché. Excellent équipement de cuisine. Occupation avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants serré mais faisable. Bonne et amicale communication avec la propriétaire. (La communication avec l'agence n'était pas nécessaire et donc non évaluable)

Great comfy apartment

Eric and Agnes are excellent owners and make sure that everything is easy for your trip. Anything you need to know, they respond to very quickly. Keys very easy to obtain. Apartment itself is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfy for the 4 of us that stayed and superb value for money. Bonus is the amazing piste side location. Thank you Eric and Agnes.

Prima Unterkunft für Skiurlaub zu zweit

Einmal mehr haben wir uns in dem Apartement während unseres Skiurlaubs sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles wichtige an Mobiliar und Haushaltsutensilien ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders positiv die Möglichkeit zum Ski-In / Ski-out. Reibungsloser Ablauf, danke an Agnes!

L’appartement est très agréable avec son accès direct aux pistes et très calme.Nous avons passé un super séjour à 6 et chacun avait son espace.La communication avec Agnès est très agréable et efficace.Je recommande bien évidemment!
