Definently will be back!!

We arrived and it was beautiful and perfect with all of the amenities. Great communication with the host and the family loved it! It had all the comforts of home! It sure beat renting and staying in a single room hotel! When back on the central coast we plan on staying here again!

Summer getaway

We loved staying at this property. The home has everything you could possibly need and is in a convenient location within driving distance of all the local attractions. It was super clean and a close walk to the pool and spa.

Really Nice!!

A very clean, well - equipped townhouse overlooking the golf course. Location in Nipomo is quiet but with good access to stores, restaurants, wineries, the beaches, etc. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to return!!

Great Vibes in Nipomo!

We had an amazing time. Our hosts were great and had everything inside for a lovely stay, including a nice welcome (wine and chocolates) treat. Would definitely return!

Relaxed quiet retreat close to beach

We had a great and satisfying stay. The owners were very considerate, preparing not only very detailed info in a binder but also lots of extras like individually wrapped snacks and free to use beach toys, towels and chairs. The place was super clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful Unit on the Golf Course

Very comfortable condo right on the golf course. The views were beautiful and it is a very quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped and we especially enjoyed the window table to sit and eat while watching the golfers. We played golf at Blacklake and nearby Monarch Dunes. Very convenient location for day trips in the area. We will be back!

Great stay

We enjoyed how welcoming the condo was. They thought of everything and all of the extra amenities were a great touch. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location was so close to the venue for my brothers wedding. We will definitely be back.

Very comfy base for visiting the area

Very quiet and comfortable home situated right on the golf course, with a sun trap terrace for watching the golfers play. Handy location for visiting the area, but all a car drive away. The home has everything you need ( except a kettle for us Brits). Very pleasant 5 day stay. Thanks.

Comfortable, Clean and Cozy

Since 1990, we have rented condos @ Black Lake, Nipomo and this one was a favorite. The hosts were responsive on each and every level. The setting is quite peaceful and easily accessible to beach cities and San Luis Obispo.

Beautiful property and very comfortable.

We so enjoyed the townhouse and it was so much fun to sit outside and watch the golfers. We both enjoy walking and area was excellent for nice walks. Daniel and Susan have put alot of time into decorating the unit and supplying lots of extras that a renter would use. We look forward to returning to Nipomo and staying again in this very comfortable Blacklake townhouse.
