This house was perfect! I was so impressed with how accommodating it was for kids as well. They have a whole cabinet full of plates, bowls, cups etc. that our two toddlers could use. We had plenty of towels and other resources. We go to Orlando every other Thanksgiving and everyone has said this is their favorite place. Thanks for the hospitality!

House was great, but not really set up for toddlers with the glass top tables.The Moana room was a big hit for the kids. The playground and splash pad were wonderful!

The place was pretty and very spacious for all of us! The location was nice but traffic is awful during certain times! The beds were comfy and never had an issue with hott water! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great home for large families

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to plan another trip here again! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It included everything we needed (towels, pots/pans, etc.), laundry and the beds were so comfortable in every room! The small pool was perfect for our kids to swim in before bed after a long day at the bigger pool at the resort. We liked the location as it had plenty of stores and restaurants near by. This was a clean and spacious house that had great open areas for everyone to eat, talk, and enjoy ourselves. The adults enjoyed the themed rooms more than toddlers! The toddlers enjoyed the pool more than the adults ! Overall a great experience.

It was perfect for our family - 3 children under 5 and 5 adults. Lots of room and a small private pool. Close to Disney and themed bedrooms for the kids. There are Kids plates, cups, and utensils. A nice touch. It was clean and convenient. We will be back.

Great vacation house

The house is nice and has a lot of stuff in the kitchen. The park is pretty nice. It has a pool basketbal volleybal and a lot more. The house was not fully cleaned. Couple little things were left but overall it was clean enough. Beds were comfortable and the pool was pretty nice but small. The communication between the people was great and answered questions real quick. Traffic is horrible but that’s just staying in Kissimmee in general. Nothing they can do about it. Probably will stay her again

A little disappointed

Place was very clean unfortunately a few things were a bit worn out. Toaster didn’t work / pillows were terrible/ not enough pool towels/ parking is a crap shoot first come first serve you could wind up down the street / no one could help with noise level of neighbors with 30 people to a house so if you have little kids be advised not your place.

Very clean rental. Nice deco of the house. Pool was very small and I paid for a heated pool but heater never worked. Propane grill was locked up and tank was empty. Called 4 phone numbers to see if heater for pool can be looked at and to see if grill can be unlocked to use. No one answer the phone and no call back.

Orlando Getaway to Visit Local Family

This is a lovely, quiet neighborhood in a gated community with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The rental has a nice little pool which was great for our 3 year old grandson but also offers access to the community pool, spa and resort ammenities. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the resort's ammenities so I can offer no first hand comments. The kitchen and great room are well decorated but much smaller than I thought from the online photos. I highly recommend a thorough reading of the rental agreement prior to making the commitment as there are a lot of rules that must be followed. The kitchen and bathroom ammenities are bare minimum so be prepared to shop for everything from coffee filters to dish soap to laundry detergent to shampoo and bath soap and any sort of cleaning supplies depending on your length of stay. The rental agent was responsive and helpful. Finding reasonable accommodations for a family in the Orlando WDW area is a challenge which makes this a stand out rental.

Wonderful property

Enjoyed our time there but would rate it more of a 4.5 stars because the wifi wasn’t wonderful for my husband: We could not text photos and it wouldn’t allow him to answer multiple texts and the cellular service is horrible. And the supplies were a little sparse-even though this was outlined in the rental agreement as “industry standard”-we have stayed at a lot of vrbos which supplied more than one roll of paper towels (for a week!) or enough soap for more than only one dishwasher load or some salt and pepper. The private pool seems like the size of a large hot tub-fun for my little boys but probably not anyone older than 12. And a hot tub (either at the resort or at the condo) would be amazing. The decor is tasteful and fun. The house was clean. Resort amenities were fun. We felt safe. And the beds were so comfortable. Some more extra blankets in the winter would be nice. Would recommend but know it’s a 35 min drive to universal.
