Property was in a great location to the marina. It was a good fishing trip rental for a few Men. The property was older but in ok shape. If I had one complaint it would be the mattresses definitely need replaced.

Dining options are limited. Freezer and refrigerator freezer smelled over powering of fish but this is a fishing community. Everything was adequate, cabin was clean. Got to see deer and a fawn right in the yard. There is no grocery store so plan accordingly and Mondays and Tuesdays there no places open for breakfast. I would recommend this lil cabin. Had good Wi-Fi and good selection of tv apps.
Nice location the place was ok but needed some attention air conditioners needed filters clean
The place needed some attention no curtains on windows stove burners did work properly the dishes needed washing the place really needed a good cleaning though out the whole place nice old place and location we made the best of our stay we still enjoyed ourselves
There are not a ton of options in this little fishing town, but this place served us 4 adult men well with clean beds, TV, WiFi and a comfortable setting. Priced about right given the location and age of the property. Checking in and out went very smoothly. Thanks for sharing your property!

This was my first time to stay at this property, but not my first time in PM. The cabin had most of what we needed, there was an issue with the A/C but Vic's Rents was quick to fix the unit and got it cooling down once again. Overall the cabin works for fishermen.

Pros/. Property was nice very clean and also in a convenient location. Cons/ one bathroom for 3 people other than that great stay. Also check your junk on email for message notification from property manager. I didn’t know I would receive check in info that way but I did.

Great place for some peace and quiet! Cozy little cabin, very comfortable. My kids loved the ocean decor
Clean and functional fishing camp, well located in a quiet section of Port Mansfield, TX. Plenty of room for a small family or group of fishermen. Tucked away on a quiet street, but convenient to boat ramp, supplies and evening deer strolls looking at the "Muy Grandes of Port Mansfield"!
Nothing fancy, but perfect for a fishing trip! Great price for the house! Beds were a tad hard and noisy, shower door didn't slide great, and front door only opens halfway. Kitchen had everything we needed and extra freezer was very nice to have for storing ice! Overall great bang for your buck! Would definitely stay here again!
Cabin is good. Nice little place. Nothing fancy but felt like home. New mini split work awesome even in. The mid day when it's the hottest. This is a 5bstar place for the price. Best fishing town in my opinion. Will be back
The cabin was as advertised and very clean. The cabin a/c worked great and there were no issues during our stay. Perfect for a guys trip and at a reasonable rate.
Overall, the property was very clean, comfortable beds and spacious for our family of 5 plus our fur-baby. We enjoyed the quaint little cottage with all the amenities! AC was excellent during our summer stay.
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were warm. Larger AC window units would help. Kitchen was adequate but non-stick frying pans would sure be an improvement. Shower was real good. Overall it was okay for a fishing trip
We were not sure what to expect however so impressed with our stay

Not bad but not great.
Check in easy. House is as pictured. It’s old and in a fishing village which is ok with us because it’s why we come. No central air, just two window units. Became a little sticky at night. Mattress protectors are necessary but very hot as well. I opted for the couch under the window unit. My husband stayed in the bed. Also, the dishes we used had to all be washed prior to us using them. Don’t worry, if you’re next to stay, rest assured they are all clean. There is one burner on the stove that doesn’t work. We come to Mansfield a lot to fish and our normal property to book was already taken. This property worked for us but a little on the “for the guys only” type place. There was extra necessary items and the kitchen has dishes and pots and pans. Make sure to bring your own spices. Also, we bought fire ant poison and placed around the BBq pit area after my husband was attacked. So the property should be good to go for the next people staying there.
