Our home is a newly renovated, professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a bonus 4th bedroom/game room and study. It's a spacious 2200 square feet with a large open yard on a quiet corner lot. Easily accessible to Downtown (less than 4 miles), Haywood Mall (2.5 miles), Bob Jones University (1.5 miles), Furman University (9 miles) and many other area attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within minutes of our house.
Bedrooms include:
Master Suite: King Bed, renovated en suite bathroom, tv
Bedroom2: Queen Bed, dressing table, very spacious
Bedroom 3: Full Bed, dressing table
Optional 4th Bedroom/Bonus Room: Twin Daybed, tv, Wii game system, books and games for little ones
Lovely, large living room contains tv and plenty of seating.
Study is convenient for business travelers with a nice desk and comfortable rolling chair. Great for video calls!
Well equipped kitchen with café table for morning coffee. New appliances. We particularly love the induction cooktop!
Dining Room with coffee station and locally made farm table which easily seats 10 plus. Great for family dining and game night! Our dining room is always a guest favorite!
Laundry Closet with new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry essentials.
Hall bath is spacious and newly renovated.
We provide initial coffee service and paper products, cooking oils and essential spices, linens, travel-size toiletries, hair dryers, dishwasher and laundry pods, a selection of books and games, and more!

I grew up in the Greenville area and will always consider it home! My family has lived out of state for some time, but a few years ago, decided we wanted to spend more time in Greenville and create a space where others could enjoy our beautiful hometown as well. Our house has been lovingly renovated and decorated. We hope your family will find it as peaceful and comfortable as ours!

Location, location, location. Greenville has so much to offer! Our home is positioned so that you can easily access all that Greenville has to offer. Downtown, Haywood Mall area, Cleveland Park and Zoo, Bob Jones University, Furman University, Greenville Convention Center, Bon Secours Arena, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Paris Mountain State Park are all nearby! If you have a specific destination in mind, message me and I'm happy to provide exact mileage and commute time.
What makes this property unique
We have a sweet home on a quiet corner lot with a nice large yard for kids to play. Plenty of trees and hills in the neighborhood for nice morning walks. We think you'll love it!
