l'appartement est bien situé et comporte le nécessaire pour un séjour de quelques jours . Le stationnement privé est bien pratique. Seule la literie manque de fermeté

Quelques incommodités

Plutôt déçu par cette location car il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce : - Qu'il y a un gros problème d'humidité dans ce studio : odeur, moisissures dans la salle de bain (joints, porte), impossible de faire sécher des serviettes dans le studio. - Que nous dormons dans un canapé et non pas un lit. Ce dernier s'affaisse au milieu. - Que le freezer du réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas : glaces liquides. Aussi, nous savons qu'il ne s'agit que d'un studio pour passer des vacances mais nous aurions aimé y trouver à minima un couteau à découper, même basique, et un distributeur de savon pour les mains. Ménage un peu limite : - Eponge noircie - Moisissures sur la porte de la salle de bain - Tâches dans le fond des verres Autrement le reste est conforme à la description. Il est pratique de quitter le logement car il suffit de laisser les clés dans la boite aux lettres en partant.

Séjour agréable.

le studio est bien placé, dans un quartier calme et à 20 minutes à pied de la place Verdun. Le studio est bien équipé, et offre une place de parking, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous aurions aimé qu il y ait le Wifi, et une serviette de toilette supplementaire, (de taille moyenne) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d apprécier notre semaine sur place.

Location proche du centre-ville et abordable

Location très abordable en terme de prix, tout est expliqué clairement par le propriétaire, pas de mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire. Accueilli par la fille du propriétaire, Magali, elle vous fait le tour de la propriété, vous explique et vous montre que la plupart des choses utiles sont présentes dans l'appartement (2 serviettes déjà prêtes, sacs poubelles, gel douche, lit déjà préparé) et ce malgré un prix très abordable, en plus d'être un appartement vraiment très proche du centre-ville. Je ne peux que vous recommander cette location qui conjugue prix très abordable, praticité, propriétaire adorables en plus d'être très serviables. Si je viens à revenir, cela serait avec joie.

Environnement agréable

Ce séjour était idéale pour un couple, on était à l’aise et heureux d’avoir trouver ce petit logement (appart le syndicat qui nous ferme la porte à clefs derrière qui nous a mis dans la galère) mais appart ça tout s’est agréablement bien passer. Small Appartment in Central Loaction

small but excellent apartment located on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful location 10 min walk to free bus into pau centre has all the equipment you require for your stay the owners were friendly and helpful and would answer any question throughout the stay via phone or online messager. He was quick on reples The bed is also the sofa I would recommend this apartment

sur les photos l appartement avait l air sympa ! il l'était mais il y avait une odeur d humidité prenante aussi bien dans les parties communes que l appartement !malgré l aération journalière! les voisins ont été bruyants !(claquement de portes et talons sur le sol) la fille du propriétaire a été sympathique! la seule interlocutrice sur place!

Apartamento muy pequeño pero con todo lo imprescindible

Zona muy cercana al centro (place Verdun, casco historico) 8 minutos andando. Se encargo de recibirnos la hija del propietario. Maravillosa. Nos perdimos en la entrdada y fue en su coche a buscarnos. Le tuvimos que llamar otras dos veces y nos ayudo en todo. Maravillosa. Si lee esto un saludo y un abrazo muy fuerte por toda su ayuda
