Villetta Lucia is located on the ground floor in the heart of Marina di Mancaversa, in a quiet and picturesque area and can accommodate up to 10 people. The holiday home consists of a cozy dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a single bed and a double bed and one with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation, suitable for children, is equipped with a cot and a cot. It also has air conditioning, a fireplace and cable TV. Accommodation is perfect for a group or a large family. Nel complesso tutto bene

Bella casa, pulita e buona posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Uno dei due bagni presenta una doccia non utilizzabile a causa del poco flusso d’acqua. Unica vera pecca è la mancanza di un’area comune e di uno spazio comodo da utilizzare in 9 (visti i posti letto). Terrazzo molto carino ma non sfruttato vista la totale assenza di arredamento per essere usufruibile.

Casa accogliente con tutto necessario

La casa è molto spaziosa e dispone di tutto il necessario, molto vicina al centro dove ogni sera c'è un evento. Le spiagge vicino non sono il massimo ma muovendosi in macchina in pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge meravigliose. Molto comoda soprattutto per andare a Gallipoli. L'unica nota "negativa" è il condizionatore che faceva fatica a raffreddare l'ambiente.

Una settimana di mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa tre coppie di amici adulti. Siamo stati molto bene a parte per il caldo. C'è un solo climatizzatore nel corridoio centrale che non riesce a raffreddare tutte le stanze per il resto la casa è comoda anche se dalle foto sia la cucina che la parte esterna sembrano molto più grandi ma per 6 andava più che bene. Sarebbe davvero bella se venisse rimodernata (pavimento, 1 bagno e piastrelle varie sono datati) . Matteo gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulita, posizione tranquilla, vicina al mare. Completa di tutto l'indispensabile.

settimana fantastica

La villetta può anche non sembrare carina dalle foto, ma una volta entrati la situazione cambia, le camere sono giganti, tutto in ordine e completamente pulito. Per lo più è anche molto vicina al mare, come agli intrattenimenti e supermercati. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Io e miei amici abbiamo trascorso una vacanza a dir poco piacevole. La struttura è molto carina e spaziosa. Il mare si raggiunge in meno di due minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercato. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Ho soggiornato in questa confortevole villetta insieme alla mia famiglia ed un' altro nucleo familiare per due settimane. Il bello della vacanza è stato quello di aver lasciato le auto parcheggiate per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno, dato che il mare era vicinissimo ed anche gli intrattenimenti. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

Villetta vicinissima al mare

Sono stata in vacanza qui lo scorso anni con il mio gruppo di amici. La struttura è molto grande, accogliente e pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per il fatto della vicinanza al mare e anche per la vicinanza a Gallipoli, infatti, in ci impiegavamo solo 5 minuti di macchina. Per il resto si trova al centro della Marina, quindi è vicinissima a tutto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi.
