Near the castles of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Montresor ...), the Brenne (its ponds, its regional natural park) Beauval zoo (world famous), the zoological reserve Haute-Touche and Loches. Independent cottage of 150 m² on a plot of 4000 m², for 6/8 people.
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen open to dining room, office, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (one with shower room), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.
Pool 8m x 4m unheated terrace, Wi-Fi, barbecue.
Linen provided (duvets, pillows, mattress covers, undercovers, tea towels, shower mats).
Possibility of providing bed linen (5 € per room).
You will be asked upon your arrival:
- A check for the household of 40 € per week and 20 € per week-end;

Beautiful gite

Had a brilliant 7 days here with my family, gite and surrounding area all beautiful. Only 2 issues we had , one was flies...the owner reassured us it's only been bad this year but there was nothing provided in gite we had to go and purchase bug spray, plug in deterrents and squatters they were so bad in the kitchen area and everytime you moved something about 20 flies would spring up at you we managed to get it under control by the end of the week but we shouldnt of had to do that on our holiday! Desperately needs a new dishwasher everything came out dirty. If these things were fixed I would recommend to anyone 100%!!

Très bon séjour dans ce charmant gîte perdu au cœur de la campagne. Dommage que la propreté laisse à désirer et qu’il serait souhaitable d’améliorer (toiles d’araignées nombreuses, bouilloire inutilisable car eau sale et flottaison de tartre dedans, lumière de la piscine cassée, pomme de douche qui fuit…). Cependant nous avons passer un très bon séjour, au calme du grand jardin arboré, et nous avons apprécié le côté rétro année 80-2000 avec le tourne disques, les VHS, les jeux de sociétés…).

Trop cher car piscine inutilisable!

Nous sommes tres déçu car nous avions choisi ce logement pour sa piscine . Vu le prix nous pensions pouvoir nous y détendre le soir même si celle ci n'est pas chauffée....mais la propriétaire nous a clairement dit qu'elle n'est pas propre, pas nettoyée....car elle est a 18°C comme elle n'est pas chauffée. Et que elle ne se baigne pas par cette température . Cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce, sinon nous aurions prit une location sans piscine ailleurs pour bien moins chère ! La propriétaire ne nous a même pas proposé de reduction pour la piscine en moins alors que c'est l'atout qui nous a fait choisir cette location pour les enfants et nous même !

Tres sympa mais attention aux details

On a beaucoup aimé. la maison est jolie, la deco est sympa, la cuisine est bien équipée et on ne manque pas de vaisselle. Un apero le soir au bord de la piscine est un vrai moment de bonheur. mais attention des détails qui empêchent que ce soit parfait. Pas du tout de pression dans la douche, 2 chaines accessibles sur une tele hors d'âge, pas de clenche a la salle de bain et aux toilettes du haut. C'est pas grand chose a changer alors que cest agaçant au quotidien pour les locataires. Ceci dit dans l'ensemble un excellent rapport qualité-prix

Heerlijk verblijf in een charmant huis

Goede ligging in een pittoresk dorp met alles wat je nodig hebt (bakker, supermarkt, tankstation etc) Ook een leuk speelveld voor de kinderen en het beklimmen van de toren is ook zeker de moeite waard. Het huis zelf is uitermate geschikt om te logeren met een grote familie of gezinnen samen. Iedereen kan er een slaapplek vinden. Kinderen waren dol op het zwembad. Het zwembad kan overdekt worden waardoor het water bijzonder aangenaam is. Er is ook voldoende aanwezig om een leuke tijd in het huis door te brengen (speelgoed, spelletjes, pingpong tafel etc.) Het huis was niet kraaknet maar verhinderde ons niet om te genieten van een super vakantie. Hoort bij de charme van een oud Frans huis. Communicatie met eigenaar is 👍

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le zoo de Beauval. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine mais elle nous a donné envie, une prochaine fois certainement ! 😉

Belle prestation

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille afin de visiter le parc de Beauval. Gîte parfaitement équipé et très agréable. Cela donne envie d'y retourner aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine.

Havre de paix

Ce gîte nous a permis de déconnecter durant un week-end en famille. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le calme. Et l’impression d’être comme à la maison nous a ravis. Nous reviendrons peut-être pour profiter de la piscine aux beaux jours !
