A stones throw away from Lake Tobesofkee & Recreation Area where you will have swimming access, waterpark, boating, hiking and bbq areas. For the nature lover Amerson River Park is close by with hiking trails, wetlands and wildlife. Close to various historical sites and monuments we are just 10 miles to the revitalized downtown area with excellent restaurants, art galleries, concert venues, Navicent Medical Center and we are minutes away from Wesleyan College & Mercer University!!
This home is situated in a quiet newer upscale community with a country feel surrounded by nature. Very Comfortable Great Room, Full Kitchen with Dinning area. Large Master w/ California King-size pillow top bed. Second bedroom with full size bed and 2 computer desk and Third bedroom with queen size bed. The Great room has a leather sofa. Every room has a t.v. /wifi. Back patio courtyard with grill and outdoor furniture.
