Spectacular views from this beautiful Ocean Front Cottage with private beach access to Heceta Beach. Enjoy evening sunsets, star gazing and whale watching from the large cedar deck extended off the 9ft sliding glass door and from the courtyard. The cottage has cozy furnishings, white shiplap walls, granite counter top, tiled open shower with endless hot water. During stormy wet weather, enjoy the comforts of home by taking in a movie from a variety of complimentary DVD selections, free wi-fi, cable tv, coffee/tea with a microwave and fridge. Please note, this unit does not offer a kitchen.

Our second stay. This place is perfect. Well set-up with everything you could need: plastic and hot cups, coffee and tea and creamer, silverware and napkins and paper plates and bowls, popcorn. Fridge. Microwave. Plenty of cleans towels. Its private and the ocean view is so close you can leave the sliding door open all day and listen to it as well. Definitely recommend.

This little cottage is done so perfect! It has all the nessesities you need and more. It’s quiet and has a beautiful view of the ocean with a private trail to walk down to the beach. Definitely will be staying there again!

We loved staying here. The room was super clean, had everything we could need, and the views are truly spectacular. I enjoyed hearing the ocean and seeing the wildlife all around. The beach access was challenging to get to the ocean only due to the wind. It was much cooler than I thought but overall this was a memorable experience.

What a perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary! The Hideaway has every amenity you could ask for—and then some. Cozy, beautifully appointed, and just minutes from downtown Florence and Sandpines Golf Links. We couldn’t have asked for more. What an amazing place and the best view only steps from the ocean. Everything you could possible want is right at your finger tips and very classy throughout. Just minutes away from downtown Florence - it doesn't come any better than this little gem of a place to stay.

This is a very nice place for a couple wanting a weekend getaway. The beach is right there and the little patio is terrific. The rental is clean and comfortable - and one thing I REALLY appreciate is that they did not use strong smelling cleaners or fragrances!!

Everything about the property was wonderful, clean, great location, so many little hospitality details for everything you could need. It was amazing to be able to sit inside and watch the ocean and the beach was just a short walk over a single dune. Would definitely stay again. The best Vrbo I have been to!

Best vacation ever!

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! The place was immaculate and the property overall is well maintained. We joked that after 44 years of marriage, we would kill each other in a tiny home for 5 nights. BUT the layout is great, very spacious bathroom and good sized tv area. Being from Iowa, the view of the ocean was a real treat--so nice to see it morning and night and be able to just walk over the dune for beach access. The host has thought of everything and more that you would need. We are already talking about coming back!
